Nice BUT

Nice BUT their no smoking rooms, they are on smoking floors and they smell like smoke. Hard to breath in the rooms. All total we had 3 rooms they all had smoke smell in them. Will not stay in them again. There are other hotels close by.

great hotel, bad location, bad room-service

Nice hotel, inside pool very basic but with hot-tub. Food lines were not long at all as expected. Not satisfied with room-service, the menu in the room was missing, had to call them and order the food. Room service told me the price but forgot to tell about the $4 graditude already included in a $11 Pizza plus roomservice charge of $2 (expected). In the morning I spoke to the manager and he apologized for this and credited the amount back to my card. Other than the location being in the middle of nowhere it was a very nice and pretty hotel.

Great Hotel - Just watch out for extra charges

The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The sleeping area is separate from the living area and each room has a flat screen tv-our teenager enjoyed having his own space. Each room is fairly spacious for a hotel room. Neither tv remote worked in our room, but maintenance came quickly to solve the problem (batteries were dead). We enjoy staying in the Grapevine area when we come to Dallas - easy access to Grapevine Mills Mall, Bass Pro Shop, Six Flags, Ranger and Cowboy stadiums.

Awesome Hotel

We absolutely loved this hotel. Being next door to Outdoor World was a huge bonus for my husband and son. Breakfast was incredible as always which is usually why we choose Embassy Suites. We will definately stay again.

Needs Improvement

Hotel was okay, food and service were good. If I had known I had to pay $10+/day for internet service, which is absurd quite frankly, I would have stayed somewhere else. Every place in the universe including the corner gas station offers free internet access for goodness sakes. It doesn't cost them to provide it for each room after all. I'm a computer tech and was quite disappointed with the fact that the paid-internet access dropped constantly and their OWN TECH SUPPORT didn't know what to do except try to move us "upstairs to a different/smaller room" where we "might" not get dropped. I got it fixed myself, vowing to let others know it stinks and should have been FREE. Give me a break. Ridiculous. Won't stay there again for that very reason. Welcome to 2009 Embassy Suites, free and easy internet access is EVERYWHERE, duh.

Outstanding Stay!! Highly Recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel!! The price was fantastic and everything about our stay was excellent!! We went just to get away and have peace and quiet. Everthing and everyone was wonderful, we will be back!!!!!!

Outstanding Hotel

I LOVE this hotel. We come to Dallas a couple of times a year to shop and we always stay at this hotel. The rooms are great. They have the most comfortable beds and the rooms are very clean. They also have the most amazing breakfast. The hotel staff is very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Dallas.

Guest Services

Our 2 year old had gotten out of our room on the 11th floor and made her way to the 1st floor. The lady in the front, forgive me I can't recall her name(I was very emotional at that time)(She knows who she is)saw our daughter and recognized her. She immediately called me to let me know she had found her and that she would bring her to me. I was so emotional at that time. She could have handled that situation any other way and our 2 year old could have been hurt or worse. We weren't just another "patron" in a hotel. We were their guests and treated as such. Great place to stay!

Fantastic Hotel

Staff was super courteous, the room incredibly clean and comfortable. I would have no problem staying again.
