great stay for a night out at the baseball game.

The hotel was very clean and a great location to spend a night downtown going to the baseball game and out on the town

Outstanding Hotel

We loved this hotel. Area surrounding hotel quiet because it is downtown and we were there on weekend. Not many options for food close by (within walking distance)other than hotel restaurant and a pizza place next door. However, our room was super! Beds were great! We were surprised to find the complimentary breakfast to be fantastic! Made to order omletes! We will definitely stay here again when we come back to the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame - just down the street! Awesome stay!

Best Downtown Hotel

If your staying in Downtown Cleveland, this is the best choice. The quality of staff and room cleanliness is slowly declining over the years, but there is no better option. Free Happy Hour, and Breakfast don't hurt either...plus being a Hilton Hotel helps keep Paris flush with cash for all those partys!

Good Hotel

The initial contact with the check-in staff was uninspiring. There was no welcome or thank you. Staff at Manager Reception were equally bored. Other staff, especially resturant and room service staff, were friendly and a pleasure to deal with. The sitting room area of the suite was furnished with the most uncomfortable couch and chair and there was a large empty space probably reserved for additional table and/or seating for meetings but the empty space gave the room a cold feeling. Sleeping and bath areas were great. All and all the hotel was on par with its price range but could up the level of welcome and warmth.

Great spot

Very nice hotel. The room was very quiet, clean, and large. The made to order breakfast was great with everything you could want. I would stay here again.

Awesome hotel albiet with one exception

This was an amazing hotel. One of the nicest I have ever stayed at. The whole building looked up to date and the complementary happy hour and breakfast was much appreciated. However there was ONE thing that was awful and that was the temperature of the whole building and especially our room. The building is old and has one central heating and air conditioning system. If you stay between the cold and hot season like we did, you may get unlucky and not be able to turn the air conditioning on because they haven't done it for the whole building yet. However, the rest of the stay more than made up for that and it was a great hotel! I would certainly recomend it.

kind of disappointed

We only stayed one night, but our daughter was very disappointed that the pool was closed for repairs as that was one of our criteria for picking the hotel. Also the gift shop had closed, so in effect, there was nothing to do but sit in the room and watch TV. All in all, it met our needs for the trip. Room was clean and spacious.

Great location! Excellent service! You cannot go wrong with this hotel. They have a great manager's reception (with some complimentary alcoholic drinks and snacks) as well as an excellent continental breakfast--complete with cook to order eggs/omelets. This hotel comes highly recommended.
