Major Improvements Needed

The Pricing was out of touch to the market and the room was filthy. Housekeeping needs a major upgrade.

Outstanding Hotel

Nice pool, great happy hour, beautiful big rooms, excellent breakfast. A bit A+!

Disappointed with meal

I purchased a meal with the Dancesport Package. We were disappointed that there was no meal selection or choice. It was very pricey and I expected more for that price. I told them I did not eat meat and the only alternative was a portabello mushroom on a plate with some sauce. I could not believe it. I opted to have the beef, but I only ate half of it. The potatoes were OK. The other veggies were not done enough. They looked like frozen out of a bag. The meal was a huge disappointment. The dessert was great, but did not make up for the huge price and terrible meal.

Nice yet lobby TV hidden

Really enjoyed stay, however, was hoping to catch the OSU/USC game in the lobby with other fans. Unfortunately the large TV was hidden in a corner with no seating near it and where there was seating was blocked by half walls and far way. Could have been alot more enjoyable if the TV was near the pool tables, managers special, and lobby seating. Spoke to staff about it, they agreed but felt management selected location.

great location

Excellent breakfast for the family. Nice pool and workout facility. Neighborhood was very nice. Check out the Wendy's and McDonald's nearby, nicest i've ever seen. Easy drive to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame.

Great Breakfast

Great breakfast buffet and made to order omlets.

the hotel really exceeded my expectations.It was spacious and clean I slept well. it had a lot of kids that should have been in there rooms by 11pm but overall all kids have fun I enjoyed my self

Great Room

My wife and I were traveling with our three teenage sons. We all took advantage of the Managers Reception and the restaurant. The restaurant had something for everyone one and the prices were not out of line. The breakfast include with our room was great, everyone got what the wanted, the omelets were great. I have stayed at other Embassy Suites in San Jose CA and Washington DC and they all have been great.

Outstabding Hotel

The two things that I didn't like was 1. The pillows were too soft I had to throw them to the floor 2. The breakfast I wish they offer french toast or waffle instead of just pancakes it would have been nice if we had a choice

Great room for the money

It was our first time staying at the embassy .We stayed for two days for our daughters birthday . The place was packed with other familys /the pool tables were impossible to use because a family had tied them up for over four hours the pool was small but was enjoyable when we finally got to use it . overall its a nice place to stay but i won't come back till the off season.
