Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 134Best Beds Ever
We LOVED this hotel. The only downsize was that it was several miles to downtown. It is north of Austin, not what I would call "central" as the hotel name claims. The price was excellent considering it includes breakfast, a newspaper, and free drinks in the evening. The hot tub was good to use at the end of the day.Has pool too, both indoors. Great place.

Trip Type: Family Review 4 of 134Great hotel
The service was great, the room was clean and had a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable. The only suggestion was to make the Internet access free, or at least cheaper than $10 per day. It seems a bit steep and outdated as more and more places now have free Wi-Fi. Overall, great impression.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 6 of 134poor management
We recently stayed there along with many other guests competing in ironman and cycling races. They had an extremely loud party running quite late and management lied about ending times on multiple inquiries, refused to turn the music down, and refused to find other accomodations for us. Not what we expected of an executive hotel.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 134Bug in Room ruined stay
We stayed at this hotel for two nights (Oct 2009) and overall the stay was good with one large exception. On the second morning, I got up to open up the curtains to the door (the front door and adjacent areas were glass windows) to find a 3 inch cockroach. My husband caught the bug and went to the front desk to complain. The desk was busy with many people checking in and out. My husband did not want to broadcast the "find," but did expect the complaint to be heard. The man my husband spoke to said he would have the manager contact us as soon as he was free. we never hear from the manager and at this point don't expect that we will.
