El Rodeo Country Inn is a great hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff prepared a breakfast box for us when we left for our plane at 4:00 am. The restaurant is fantastic. The hotel has several nice areas to sit and relax. There is a pool table and a tennis court. We had a nice time playing tennis there. It is a charming place. I would stay there again. The only thing that I was disappointed in was that the hotel was further from the airport than I expected.

Beautiful private grounds surrounding hotel although neighborhood is very busy. Very large room and bathroom eaquipped with bath. Full breakfast is included in room rate. Excellent restaurant on the grounds and also convenient coffee shop. Staff is very helpfull. Best to obtain directions to find the hotel or use a taxi.

Beautiful. Very Clean and comfortable. The grounds are very well kept. We enjoyed the Steak House, good food. We left early in the morning before breakfast was served.

This was a nice hotel, but not conveniently located to the airport. It is close in terms of distance, but can take 30 minutes in traffic to get from the hotel to the airport. Our room had no hot water for the shower, but we think this was due to a malfunctioning water heater. Otherwise, a very nice place.

Stayed here just for the night on the way to the beach. The hotel was nicely kept and just a short drive from the airport. They did not have an airport shuttle, but it was easy to find a taxi. The price was considerably lower than the hotels slightly closer to the airport and seemed more of a local owned place.

Great hotel. Rooms & grounds very clean. Steak House had outstanding food. Included breakfast was fantastic. Only one tiny flaw...the outdoor Jaccuzi needed to be much warmer. I would recommend this hotel to others & would stay there again if we ever got back to C.R.

But this hotel was away from most of the malls, movie cinemas. Along with the night sites. The bed was almost like sleeping on a board. The room was spacious enough for one. Had a steam room, jacuzzi and pool. Think I was only one to use the pool while I was there.

The rooms were spacious and the decor was tasteful. The front desk was helpful with good English spoken. There is a nice steak resturant on the premises. The location is only 5 miles from SJO airport. That being said the location of the hotel is in a bit of rough area and I wouldn't recommend strolling the streets at night.

We absolutely loved our stay at the El Rodeo. The hotel rooms were beautiful along with the surrounding grounds. The pool was very well kept and was enjoyable. We were disappointed to find the jacuzzi was not up and running but that was only one small minor thing. They were doing construction at the hotel while we were there, remodelling the bathrooms, but the noise was actually kept to a minimum and we were not bothered by it at all. The location is great.. approx 10 to 15 min from the san jose airport and easy access to the few major highways. there are supermarkets and restraunts just a few feet away as well. We are definitely planning to stay here again on our return trip. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. they have WIFI in all the rooms and a computer hooked up to the internet in the main area for those of us who didn't bring a laptop. Great hotel! Highly reccomend!

This was a wonderful place to stay. We did have a little bit of trouble finding it at first - but when we got there we were very happy. Security was our #1 concern and this was a very safe place to stay - and it is beautiful! We really liked the restaurant as well - great food!

This hotel is very convenient for anyone who needs access to the local airport but would like to still stay in a private hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is included with the rate (although we couldn't take advantage of it since our flight was scheduled first thing in the morning). The staff is helpful and courteous. We ate at their steak house and it was very decent. All in all, a very good value for the money.

The staff is helpful and friendly. The premises are well kept, relaxing and very secure. The rooms are spacious and clean. I not only would recommend it -- but I plan to stay there again!
