Trip Type: Family Review 2 of 9Good location, but that's about it.
Great location....walking distance to the falls & other attractions. Need major renovation. Room is big but outdated and not very clean. Bed is not very clean and not very comfortable.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 3 of 9Bed Bugs - Beware
The hotel is horrible. There were bed bugs in the room and I got up at 3:00Am with bites on my hand, leg and back. I did not sleep the rest of the night

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 4 of 9Enjoyed my time
This hotel was in good condition. We were staying in town to plan our wedding so we were looking for anything extravagant. This hotel was clean, the people were friendly and thats what counts for us. We didnt go for the continental beakfast although there was one offered. We got a king bed room. It was clean and just the right size for 2 people. The only thing i really noticed was hallways and things were worn down but not in terrible shape. Overall I had an excellent time.

The complimentary breakfast was a joke. All they had was blueberry muffin and coffee. Ridiculous!

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 9Outside of the Hotel needs improvement
Hotel looked bad from outside. The rooms were clean, but small. Similarly the bathroom was small. The good thing about it was the Kohinoor Indian Restaurant. The food and the service was good

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 9 of 9Great rom for the money
We went there in early April 08 and it was a last minute thing so I could not spend much time researcing hotels. Pros: - Very close to the Niagara Falls on US side. It's one block from the part enterance btu you would need to walk some more to get to the fall. - Rooms are clean, good size and mostly maintained. When I got there a looked at the hotel, I did not get a good feeling about room but when we got the room, it was well maintained (except a smoke alarm hanging from the ceiling) - There is a convenience store in the hotel, an Indian restaurant downstairs and starbucks two block from the hotel. - The hotel has it's own free parking Cons: - Overall hotel is not well maintained from outside. The main door to the hotel lobby itself gives you the idea! - They claim to have continental breakfast - what a joke! It's muffins and juice.. that's it. The person at the lobby gets it from the attached convenience store as needed and they are in no rush to refill unless you ask. Give it's location, I think it's worth the money. Thanks,
