More than Met Expectations

We were greeted by friendly desk staff and our keys and information were ready to go--no long check-in process! The room was clean and comfortable and just enough room for 2 adults, 2 "tweens". The breakfast offerings were ample and everyone found something to eat. The kids enjoyed the pool. Wish the mall area across the street didn't seem so desolate...

Outstanding Hotel

For our first experience with Drury Inn we were very impressed. Especially the staff of the hotel were noteworthy for their friendliness and attention to needs.

Noisy room

We reserved a non-smoking room, but got a smoking room in the 5th floor. Returned to receptionist and requested a non-smoking room. After some back and forth we got room 226 in the 2nd floor. Since we had to run the AC we didn't immediately realize the constant humming. This humming (couldn't exactly identify the source, probably some pool aggregate)continued all through the night. This was extremely annoying and disturbing and actually erased the otherwise good impression. Bottom line: Try NOT to get room 226!

Long Day of Travel

My husband and I were traveling all day on Sunday, and it was nice to climb into a room that was nice and well maintained. It was lovely. We will definitely visit them again!

Great room for the price

The hotel was very nice, neat, clean, smelled good, everything was well kept, upon check in everything was explained to us very well and the staff was more than willing to help with whatever we requested, they certainly welcomed us. the stay was very nice, the room was very comfortable, the bed was comfy, and the breakfast food was great as well as the snacks and drinks that are offered from 5-7 (i believe), this hotel is located near other restaurants which was very good, it is a very nice getaway if you stay 1-2 hours away and are looking for a getaway, also good for families too, free hot breakfast and snacks in the evening..wonderful price was very good overall highly recommended

Fantastic

We took our grandchildren to Springfield on Spring break. The hotel was perfect. With the indoor pool the kids had a great time when we got back from siteseeing. The coctail party was very "kid friendly" and the breakfast had a great variety. The fresh waffles were the biggest hit with the boys. Thank You
