Excellent service

When I booked, I was just looking for a cheapish place with OK reviews near Six Flags, for a one-night stay after a day at the park. The room we got was nice and big, and everything was very clean. I was very impressed with the condition of the hotel. In addition, the front desk clerk was extremely friendly and nice to us, going far above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We checked in around 11:30pm after park closing and they offered to extend our checkout time to 1pm (instead of 11am) to give us more time to sleep in, at no charge. The hotel is less than a 10 minute drive from SF and one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've had in a while. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in the area.

Highly recommended

Clean, convenient and great price through Hotels.com. King room was huge. Bathroom was smallish but very nicely finished. Staff was helpful and friendly. Free internet and free full breakfast were also very nice. Didn't use the happy hour freebies but that's also a very nice touch. I really don't understand the average rating by Hotels.com users. I give them 5 stars for the money. Highly recommended.

Needs Improvement

I requested a smoking rm when I made my reservation. I got the the hotel and started to check in and they told me what kind of room I had. I explained I had made it for a smoking room. The front desk clerk said she couldn't change it. I wasn't happy I was going to be there for 5 nights. We ended up calling Hotel.com and the customer service rep told the front desk clerk and I that she could change it and it was up to them. Hotel.com did tell her I did request a smoking room I was @ the front desk for 20 mins. That is my only thing I had a problem with.

Great Service

We stayed overnight because our daughter was playing ball in the area. The next morning it was raining and the weather obviously messed up a lot of the hotel's guests' plans. The hotel staff worked extremely hard and with bright smiles all morning to serve breakfast and to assist guest with all their needs.

Good points were: Remodeled bathroom, hot breakfast, clean room, convenient from highway.

A nice hotel for the money

The hotel was nice and clean. They have a happy hour in the lobby every evening. It was a nice stay. The only fault is the bathroom is small.
