Great Hotel!!!

This hotel was nicer then I ever expected. you just cant beat it for the price. I would have thought that the rooms would cost much more.

Almost perfect.....

We were very pleased with our stay at The International Plaza Resort & Spa. We were attending a wedding that was being held at the Plaza and that too was very, very nice! There were two things that kept it from being "Perfect" the first was that I reserved a room which was supposed to look over the garden & pool and it actually looked over the back parking lot. The second negative was the lack of help in the very busy breakfast buffet. The one person making both the omelets and waffles had a long line at their station and no help in sight. However, besides those two things we truly loved the facility and accommodations! Definitely recommend it to all!!

the smell of Tar

We booked this hotel specifically for a smoking room. Once we got there it was a bait and switch routine from the hotel. The parking area was full of dumpster and roofing materials. The tub did not drain, the hair dryer was hidden and the TV was crap. The actual TV was a flat screen but the reception was horrible. We would not book here again.

Great hotel< but be aware of extra cost.

The hotel is great, the location is walkin distance to many locations including Dennys. They Charge for the Parking and wifi ( not included in price of room)

Couldn't be any more convienent to Seaworld! Room was great other than the fact that at 8:30 a.m. house keeping knocked on the door.... Other than that it was a great stay! Try the Bamboo Grill. Excellent service, amazing food!

Growing and Changing

This hotel was lovely inside. The outside left a little to be desired but it was fine once we got in. The hotel was recently bought by a large company which should raise the level of one's stay alone. It was right next to Sea World which was great. You could even see the evening fire works show from the park in the hotels parking lot. Overall a good hotel for the money!!!!! I would stay again.

Good FL resident rate for the money. Watch out for HIDDEN FEES!

This hotel is VERY convenient to SeaWorld and Aquatica. It's close to major roadways and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The hotel gives you two options for parking: 1) valet parking (with a crazy per day fee); and 2) self-parking. Self-parking is you parking your own car yourself...BUT you have to pay a daily fee with the hotel for using the parking lot!!!! I paid an unbelievable amount for the 2 days I stayed there. Make sure you call the hotel to learn how much they are going to charge you to park your own car on their property! What made the whole thing worse was the fact that they were doing renovations on the closest parking lot to my building. So not only did I have to pay a daily fee, but I had to walk from a farther parking lot. I was generally happy with the room. It was spacious, had a flat-screen TV, & a large king bed. One of the best thing about this property was the convenient on-site mini market with a Pizza Hut & Starbucks coffee. If you're going to SeaWorld or Aquatica, I'd definitely look into this hotel. Otherwise, I'd find another hotel in Orlando.

Nice Hotel but you have to pay for internet.

I was there on business and figured a place as nice as this would have free wireless. NOPE! They do not even have a public computer. Other than that it is a very nice and very clean place to stay. Three pools and a Pizza Hut made up for the lack of free wireless.

Great room for thye money.

Great facilities, no resort fee, it was a nice deal.

Conveniency

We had a great experience here. We stayed in the Tower which was recently remodeled. The hotel is 10 minute walk to SeaWorld and a short drive to all kinds of food and activity on International Drive. We used the hotel restraunt (good food) and deli. We enjoyed the pools and poolside bar.

"VERY NICE, BUT HOT TUB WAS DIRTY" BUT CONSTRUCTION WAS GOING ON SO EXCUSED IT." ALL STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. SUPER CLEAN ROOMS. ONLY DOWN FALL, I DIDN'T LIKE PAYING FOR PARKING! LIKE WHAT OTHER CHOICE DO YOU HAVE?

Glorious place

We arrived at the hotel around 8:00 pm and were immediately checked in. We had reserved a room with one king size bed and when we reached the room found that it had two double beds. I made a call to the front desk and told them about the situation and they said that there weren't any available but they would look again to make sure. Wel they found one. A corner room in the tower. And it was one of the nicest rooms we have ever stayed in. Extremely spacious and even had it's own little foyer area. We will deffinitely be requesting that room ever time we stay.
