THe bed was great. The subway was only a short walk away, but there was alot of road construction delays. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and easy. And warm cookies when you arrive. Top shelf service.

It's all there is, but it's not bad.

It's not great, but it's not horrible either. If you're staying in this area, it's about the only choice you have. It has a bar, it has a Au Bon Pain, and it's a decent place to sleep.

Good room for the money

Not as close to the underground/train as they say. No restaurants within walking distance except a small very limited food service at the hotel. Fine for breakfast and maybe lunch, but not dinner.

Convenient location

great price for being just outside Boston but providing a quick 3 minute walk to the subway and 5 quick stops to downtown.

hotel staff needs overhaul

when talking to the staff about things that arouse like parking getting us on the shuttle they were rude and inconsidert

OK but...............

Very limited shuttle service and NOTHING is within walking distance other than the subway.
