Trip Type: With Friends Review 3 of 121Great location for a Browns game
It was a great spot for staying after the Brown's game. Knowing that there was a football game that day there could have been more staff signing people in, because after the game there was a huge rush to the hotel with all the fans trying to sign into their room. The room was very comfy and private. There could have been more working elevators, it was about a 10 min wait just to use the elevator. If the price was a little cheaper I would certainly recommend this hotel, but otherwise I feel neutral

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 121Outsatnding Hotel
Staff was very friendly and helpful from the front desk immediately on entering the hotel. Leslie made all efforts to make our stay wonderful. Great location for the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Museum. We enjoyed our first stay in Cleveland and already hope to return with our family for another stay. The room was outstanding for the price.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 5 of 121Great location made it very nice
The hotel was much improved over the last time I stayed there, when it was the Holiday Inn. The bar was open, the restaurant and Starbucks was a big improvement. The pool and hot tub were clean, not very crowded, and very pleasant. My absolute only negative was the ditsy bar tender on Sunday night. It was after the Browns game, you would think they'd have their best staff on for the night. But Patti was not their best. She barely qualified as a bar tender. She was simply terrible. Even the other staff complained about her, looking at us like "say something about her, PLEASE!" The rest of the staff was great, Martina was a great bar tender, but she got off about 7:00 and left us with Patti. Thankfully we were almost done and didn't linger much longer. Other than that, the place was great, price was reasonable and the location was perfect for the Browns game.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 7 of 121Light years better than the old Holiday Inn
There were only 2 issues 1 was still the non-working elevators & 2 they charged me 3 times for the parking, but once I called they remedied it quickly! They had two of four elevators working and they took FOREVER. We stay here for Brown's games because it's so convenient, and the upgrades are outstanding! The staff is so nice, the rooms smell and look 100 times better. Will certainly stay there again.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 8 of 121Excellent Hotel
Check in was super easy, all employees were knowledgeable and friendly. Room was spotlessly clean, beds were comfortable. Main reason I chose Doubletree over other area hotels was the free shuttle, as parking is such a hit or miss kind of thing in Cleveland. I loved being able to park my car in the secure Doubletree lot and have the shuttle take me where I needed to go. I will definitely stay there again in the future and also will recommend to others.

The food could be a bit better.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 121Great hotel for the money
There was only one negative thing - the elevators were very slow. We were told they were being updated, and the hotel was very busy, so that was rather inconvenient. Otherwise, we really liked the hotel!

We really enjoyed our stay. The executive lounge was a great added bonus. The parking was a bit expensive, but very convenient.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 12 of 121not completly what i expected
When I booked the room I was told it would have a sofa couch and when I got there It did not, luckly we ended up having one person not show up. Also I called down for a toothbrush and I was told they would bring me one and they never showed up so I had to eventually go down to the front desk. Also food was way over priced it would of been nice for the price of the room to have some sort of free breakfast even if it was just coffee and a bagel. Other then that the hotel was nice.

Trip Type: Romance Review 13 of 121"Great Location and Very Convenient"
The hotel pretty much met my expectations, for the most part, it looked the same way it did in the pictures. The biggest problem I had was with the slowness of the elevator and the fact that only 2 out of 4 worked. Overall, I was pleased and I would stay here again. The rooms are affordable and it is in a great location.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 14 of 121Great Location & Value
We stayed 5 nites. Found the hotel staff wonderfully helpful and agreeable (except for one lone grumpy front desk employee working nights). When we were surprised by a loud party in the adjoinng rooms we were immediately relocated with no questions. Try the hotel's restaurant-nice selections and good preparation. Our only real complaint, and it is a common one at this hotel, is they do have continuous elevator problems: one day we had to call the desk to have someone bring the elevator to our floor (9) to rescue us, and one day the garage elevator didn't work and we had to take the stairs down to the lobby. If you can handle the elevator woes, this is a great place to stay.

Trip Type: Family Review 15 of 121Worth the Price
The location and staff were great. Only problem we encountered was that the 4 elevators were not all working. At times, only one would be operational at a time, which meant long waits to get up to the 8th floor.
