We stayed at the Doubletree Arctic Circle Hotel, this is a very elegant hotel, their rooms seem very small probably do to the fact they were built a long time ago, before king-size beds.

Hotel with a historic past

The exterior and interior of the hotel represented the history of the area as well as how the goldminers made it big in Alaska. Beautifully appointed room, large bathrooms. The Juno Restaurant on the street level was very good. Pike's Market around a 10 minute walk.

Fantastic

The only down fall to the room was it's size. Look past that, and from the minute we pulled up to the hotel we were taken care of. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom had an old world charm and smelled fabulous! The front desk and bell staff were very friendly and helpful when advising us on where to have a great dinner. The lobby bar was great too! We would highly recommend and stay again!

Outstanding Hotel

Loved the gracious and accommodating staff. The room was charming, the complimentary coffee was an unexpected and delightful surprise and the cookies were delicious.

Great for the Money

We were so pleasantly surprised at the ambience of this hotel. It had been renovated in 2008 and it is truly unique in its design. Althought a bit dark, it was built in the 20's! The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was within the free Metro Transit system, and we took advantage of the bus service to the Airport located across the street at the Pioneer Square station. One way to the Airport was $1.75 (50 cents for seniors). We were very satisfied with our selection of the Doubltetree Artic Club. Would highly recommend.

Convenient downtown hotel

Convenient downtown location. Some nearby neighborhood issues, (a park with some homeless folks) but far enough away so that it wasn't a real problem. Short walk to the waterfront district.

What a Find!!

"Great Hotel", We would stay again in a heart beat. Room was roomy with very comfortable bed and wonderful bathroom. What a find for us!!!

OUR STAY

OVERALL THE HOTEL WAS GREAT! ENJOYED THE LOUNGE AND BAR. THE AREA WAS VERY SPACIOUS WITH GREAT MUSIC TOO! THE RESTAURANT WAS NICE AND CLEAN AND THE FOOD WAS VERY GOOD. OUR ROOOM WAS GREAT FOR THE MONEY. THE FRONT DESK AND RESTAURANT STAFF WERE KIND AND HELPFUL AS WELL.

Great Place to Stay

My wife and I loved staying at this hotel. It is in a great location close to transit, Pike Place Market and Pioneer Square. I have stayed in other DoubleTree hotels and this one felt much more like an independent hotel in decor, comfort and service. We will definitely stay here the next time we spend the night in Seattle.
