Has Changed....Needs some work

I grew up in Miami and have visited the Disney World area at least 50 times. I have stayed at the Disney Old Key West resort before but was disappointed. This was my first visit as a father and I was not at all happy with the cleanliness of the room. My concern was heightened due to the fact that my 8 month old daughter was there as well. I encountered several roaches during my 2 night stay. The cheats had hair on them when the comforter was pulled off and the bathroom needed some maintenance. The faucet leaked excessively, soaking the bathroom counter and the sink was backed up. Improvements needed but otherwise, it was a pleasant stay and, as always, the staff was excellent.

Beyond- Words- Great

This hotel had a fabulous room for us and we were able to check-in early even. Great jogging/walking trails and sidewalks, great pools, and transportation all over the area. Fantastic grounds and an excellent place to stay overnight away from home.
