Really Liked El Director Santiago

Boutique hotel - great location, walk to almost anything - restaurants, subways, etc safe area at night - kind of like staying at your uncle's relatives house in Chile - staff are long term employees and really want you to have a great stay. We had a big room on the 6th floor. We recommend it although if you are looking for a cookie cutter Holiday Inn - Marriott - etc this hotel will disappoint you -except in your wallet :).

Needs improvement

The best thing about the hotel is the location, other than that it is a bit run down, dark and just a place to stay. The breakfast area was nice and bright. It was a decent value for the money. We wanted a king bed and got two twins, which may have been our fault as I still haven't checked my confirmation to see if we requested that in the first plac
