A Dive

The rooms were disgusting. Could not get sheets or blankets to make up the sofa bed for us. Checked out a day earlier and went to another hotel.

Very Satisfied

Stay was during off-season, in mid-May, so visits during a busier time might yield a different experience. Person at desk was very accommodating -- was able to give us a room on the top floor on the end where it would be quieter. We were pleased with the amenities in the efficiency, though we were in town for a wedding, so were not able to try out stuff during our overnight stay. Beds were not too hard. I liked the extra space provided by the over-the-sink shelf in h bathroom. We could hear faint screams from the amusement park latish in the evening; I don't know the hours for the park. The seagulls were amazingly raucous in the morning. A nervous person might not like the elevator and might prefer a room on a lower floor in order to avoid riding it. I'm sure it's fine, but it does not go smoothly.
