Good for short stay.

Clean and comfortable for short stay. Room and general hotel, and grounds, clean and pleasant. Room was sparse but we did not intend to be more than 2 nights. Location is good if needing to travel in the city. Certainly not to be considered a resort within a resort city. No walking areas and in heart of business district, (ugly strip-malls), and some light industrial across the streey to the North. Traffic heavy on North side. Avoid that end of hotel. Bed was not the best but adequate ... maybe because we were so tired. Staff friendly and professional. I would stay again if no intention of soending "quiet time" in a room. Would gladly pay more to be near walkways and parks for longer stay or if i intended to just "relax". Overall though, nothing is perfect so, I liked this place and the people.
