Close to Airport

Very convenient to Santiago airport, with a free shuttle to/from hotel/airport. Hours of shuttle operation and availability very early in the morning of a complimentary breakfast is exceptional, making this hotel great for travellers. Immediate surrounding area industrial in nature, so no shopping, nightlife spots, etc. exist. Hotel does have a nice restaurant with outdoor patio-type dining available. Meal, price and service were all very acceptable. Grounds, including pool and tennis court, are well kept. Room was quite comfortable. Staff was polite and friendly.

Convenient Airport Location

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The service at the door and the front desk were very good and most everyone spoke very good English. We wolud recommend this hotel for anyone needing to be close to the airport, or coming in on a late evening flight. We ate at the hotel restauant which had very good food, though the service was typical South American...somewhat slower than the American standard. Please understand, in South America meals are more than just food, they are intended to be social events, so a typical meal can last up to 2 hours or more. If you understand and plan for this, then service will be smotth and within your expectation. The hotel is not located close to any sight seeing or other restaraunts. Our hotel room was clean, cozy and comfortable. We recommend this hotel.

Poor Location

The hotel was good, the restaurant was excellent but the hotel was located in an industrial area about 2 miles from the airport.

Convenient to Airport

Location very close to airport with 24-hour free shuttle to/from the airport. Free breakfast starts @ 4am; it's usually impossible to grab a quick bite to eat this early in the morning. Nice restaurant on site with an airy indoor/outdoor area. Service was competent and friendly.

They took over one hour to find our reservation, then lost our exit visas for Chile!

Outstanding hotel

Rooms are clean and inviting. Close to the airport with free shuttle service to and from. Front desk was very helpful with directions, car rental, and taxi service. Best part is that breakfast buffet is above average for Santiago.
