Great Deal

We had a great time. We had the family suite and it was so nice to be all together but also have adult privacy. The value was great and it wasn't far to walk to Disneyland. We will definitely use again!

Great stay!

We stayed in the family suite and found it roomy and comfortable. The staff was great, the walk to Disneyland was short and safe, the room was quiet and comfortable and the free parking was very convenient. The hot breakfast was tasty, although more of an assortment would have been nice. Overall, a great stay.

Convenient but some issues

This hotel is very convenient to both Disneyland and the Anaheim convention center. That is the good news. The bad news: very hard beds, pretty poor breakfast, tiny threadbare bath towels, loud room noises (fridge, showers from other rooms). Room was large with living room area. Be sure to close the curtains between the bedroom and living room to block out the light from the grate in the steps.

Wouldn't stay there again

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful but our room smelled like mildew and the beds were very hard.

Location Great!

The location was great, very close to Disneyland. Hotel could have been cleaner. Air ventilation in bathroom was so loud! Loved the free parking, free internet and free hot breakfast! Overall, would stay again!

Old, dingy, budget hotel that is overpriced and way overrated

I chose this hotel based on the high ratings and found they are a scam and do not reflect the hotel. It is an old "budget" hotel that is modestly updated. The breakfast was about as cheap as they can get. I was bummed to see really nice new hotels down the street that were not any more expensive. Do not recommend at all

Good room - free breakfast awful

Room was exactly what we expected: clean, comfortable. 2 block walk to Disneyland was fairly far walk in reality with 3 young kids. Free breakfast was horrible - juice gross, no pancakes or waffles, only 2 kinds of cereal, oatmeal = gross. Basically there was only fruit loops, cornflakes, or toast with watered down OJ concentrate. Next time, I will stay somewhere closer on Harbor if I plan to walk!

Outstadning Hotel, Great Location and Value

This was the best deal I've ever gotten. Great roomy hotel room and so close to Disneyland. The neighborhood had lots of restaurants and shops if you needed anything. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

OUTSTANDING HOTEL

We were upgraded to the suite (no charge) and it met our expectations. The hotel is clean and the front desk staff is very accomodating and pleasant. The hot breakfast is a plus, as many other hotels offer the continental breakfast. The walk to Disneyland is about 10 minutes, which isn't too bad. The parking is FREE, which saves you $12 for the daily fee at Disneyland. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Comfortable and Convenient

A good choice for a five day stay during an event at the Convention Center. Disneyland is also within walking distance for the moderately fit. Internat latencies could use improvement, but were adequate for picking up email.

Needs Improvement with Security

I stayed here with my mother, son, and two nephews. At about 11:00 pm we were awaken by some jerks in the next room who were obviously drunk, fighting, and using profanity. I called down to the front desk two times in an hour asking for assistance. When I called them again at 2:45 a.m. I was told if I called them again, they would have to call the police (?!) The room was not cleaned one night. The fire alarm went off one morning- we were the only ones who evacuated and people were wandering the hallways in a state of confusion. No explanation was ever given and the employees seemed to be unaffected by the entire episode.
