Decent for the price..no frills but suitable.

No frills, but a decent place to stay very close to Texas Stadium. Ants were a problem and there needed to be some repairs made to the hotel. Ok for the price though.

needs improvement

The hotel is located in the Ghetto part of Dallas. Nothing surrounding you but strip clubs. The hotel was dirty. there was hair on the bathroom floor when we checked in and there was a hair in the bed. Hair on the towels. I have done housekeeping before and that was unacceptable. I won't be staying there again...

not what i expected

The motel was hard to find and does not have an easy access to the interstate. The hallway leading to our room smelled of pot.The room was not ready at 11am as told but 2pm. and still wasnt quite ready the maids were still in and out cleaning the room and clean towells were not available until 3pm.

just for sleeping

as long as you are only going to an event and just need a place to pass out later it is good. beware of the pot smoke smell when you enter! the location is hard to find and hard to get back on the interstate,not easy access.

needs improvement

They say they have breakfast but it was just coffee and muffins. They dont have a shuttle to Texas stadium. The room was comfortable and clean. The outside of the hotel was trashy.

Worth a Try

Funky location but clean and cheap. Good jogging trail along the Trinity River one mile away (west on California Crossing).

Horrible Hotel

The rooms were dirty, hot because the air conditioners did not work properly, there was not enough toilet paper in the bath room, the towels were dirty looking and did not smell fresh. The entire hotel smelled bad as if it were old and moldy. The beds were uncomfortable and seemed to be really old.

"Not bad for the money"

Room was nice and quite. However the water temp. was very low.

The room was ok not worth the money it cost to stay there.

do not recommend to anyone

find someplace else to stay.very bad location adult shops and strip clubs everywhere, hotel lobby is the only nice place in the hotel rooms are very nasty dirty pant bad and chipping off, could not get a shower no shower head only one towel. front desk did nothing about it. the hotel is called the delux humm not deluxe read between the lines. I can go on but you get the point. if you decide to stay their good luck to you chuck penn. pa.
