Good hotel for the area

This hotel has an indoor pool and good fitness center. The food at the restaurants is ok. Pub food is ok as well. There are some nice locations nearby if you have a long stay. During the day they have been stress testing the building and it makes a huge racket. Hopefully this is done by now.

if you are in the vicinity only

the personel is very courteous and nice. equipment seems overworn somewhat, you have to pay for your parking. i'd recommend it if you have business in Scarborough area, if not, i'd still keep looking.

Great for kids, priced right

I stayed at this hotel for two nights with my two boys, ages 5 and 7. They LOVED the pool with its waterslide; we spent a lot of time there. The room service selection wasn't great, but the food was fine. The hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't mind paying for parking, as the lot was very convenient to the hotel, and finding a space was not a problem.

Room was worth it... added parking fee was a shame...

to pay extra for a parking space that was share by other restaurants in the hotel and spaces were not monitored... it seemed like a cheap way for the hotel to bilk additional money from the guests... that was disappointing...

Pool

I have stayed at this hotel a few times now and have found the hotel to always be clean and have friendly staff. This time the only disappointment was the pool reached capacity and we had to wait about 15 minutes to get in. I have a four year old and we booked this hotel because of the pool. The staff handled the situation with professionalism and was very apologetic. I would go back again.

Great room and bed, but unexpected parking fee

Pro: Bed, pillows - very comfortable. Near to many asian shopping centers and restaurant. Cons: Parking fee (I wasn't aware there is parking fee for more than CAD 10/day)

Good Hotel

Everything at this hotel was great including service, location, comfort. The only drawback was having to pay for parking.

Great for kids, perfect location to the zoo, Science Center and many others.

Hotel Maintenance

The hotel was performing "stess" testing maintenance every day from 9am - 4pm ongoing for several weeks. There was a constant loud noise and virbration felt & heard every day throughout the hotel(like jack-hammers breaking concrete). No one mentioned this activity / inconvenience prior to or when checking into this hotel. I would have stayed at a different hotel if I knew of this loud construction type noise in the hotel. Thx
