The people make it ugly!

Talk about rude! the service from the front desk to the restaurant were all acting like we were discomforting them! I had to pay for parking, but the garage was under construction so i had to search for a spot everynight usually somewhere really far. I asked the restaurant to warm up some food for me and it was the most uncomfortable situation i've had in a long time! I wouldnt recommend this hotel to anyone. Also I was told to be quite within 2 hours of being there it was 7pm at night and it was my birthday, no music no dancing me and my girlfriend and sister talking and drinking.

Delta Toronto Airport West.

Nice hotel, nice people at front desk but was very disapponted on arrival to find out the parking was NOT included. We booked the overnight hotel in order to park and fly from Toronto Airport and assumed the parking was included in the total price. I had to pay additional for parking for one week at their hotel! Also, the shuttle seemed to take forever from the airport back to the hotel. Next time would get a closer hotel with an all-inclusive price.

Costly hotel

You will get charged for everything. $12.00 CAD for two hours of radio use. Meals at the buffett 21.00 CAD per person.

Really Nice

We needed to attend a wedding in Toronto, so this hotel was a good compromise on location and price. It's close to the highway and is very upscale; the only odd things I found were that there are a few rips in the wallpaper here and there, and the showerhead seems to only point at the wall instead of the person in the shower. Parking is also an additional $12/day, and local calls are $1.50 each. Other than that, there were no surprises, the beds were fluffy and comfortable, the blackout drapes worked great, calls were routed correctly, and housekeeping hit our room no matter what time we left. An ATM is nearby, and there are several restaurants across the street...and there's a grocery store within short driving distance. I don't think that the room warrants the price THEY want it for, but for the price that hotels.com got for us, we were pretty happy with it!

good place to stay

Very friendly staff, approachable, except for one guy on the desk who always looked stress out! The place was quiet and clean. Very close to restaurants and fast food joints. Close to the airport and highways. The garage parking lot at the back was abit scary looking though, so we stayed away from that side. All in all, we had a good stay.

Good place to stay on business

Hotel rooms were clean and comfortable albeit a little on the small side. I would have liked a king size bed but the queen was comfortable. The complimentary internet in my room was plenty fast for my needs but I don't know about wifi since i didn't have a need for it. Restaraunt was a little overpriced, especially the breakfast buffet, but the food was good and so was the service. My only complaint is with the the maintenance. My room's deadbolt wouldn't work and i asked a couple of times to have it looked at with no results. Overall, I'd recommend this hotel to other business travellers.
