Great Stay

The service at this hotel is outstanding. It has a wonderful restaurant and the food is great.

Went the extra mile

The hotel was great - beautiful and comfortable. What really impressed me was the extra mile they went. I got sick on Saturday night and called down to the operator to see if there was a walk-in clinic around. They patched me through to a house-call doctor service. Later they rounded up a late-night pharmacy for me. Thirty minutes after that they called the room to see if there was anything at all they could get me. Oh, and check-in took all of 45 seconds.

Gteat Hotel

The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very accommodating. The facilities are excellent for a combination of family and business conferencing. Best of all the food was very flavorful and always served at the proper temperature. The only negative point I have would be the absence of an airport shuttle.

Hotel was under renovations

They stated if you were a guest that parking was included but I was charged for parking within my final bill. Also would have been nice to have been notified but hotels.com that the hotel was under a total renovation before arriving.

Not Enough Bang for the Buck

Was not impressed by the facility. Parking was expensive and valets scarce. Room was OK but not as clean as it could be. Food in restaurant was awful. Obviously catered to conference clientele.

Need to be assertive

We thought we had breakfast included with our room but the waitress was dear and allow our children to eat free. We thought parking was included and had to ask that it be removed since the staff did not inform us otherwise. The pool and waterslide were the highlight of staying at the hotel.

outstanding Hotel

I wish this hotel was in Michigan. The mattress was so great, better than mine at home, the pillows too. I loved it.
