OK Hotel

The location of the hotel is poor. The shopping center across the street has empty stores and restaurants. If you love the beach or pools you might like this hotel. The conference center lobby was drab and dreary. The conference rooms were okay.

Great service from all the employees

they upgraded us to an ocean view which was very nice, All the staff went out of their way to be helpful

Second Time

This is the second time we have been to Dayton and stayed. Both have been most enjoyable and will return again.

Bad water pressure in shower

Everything was great but water pressure in the shower. A quality hotel should not restrict water pressure. Wife has long hair and it took forever to wash and rinse her hair.

Great Location, Staff and Service Needs Improvement

The Hotel itself is beautiful and in a great location. However, the some of the staff were not professional and courteous. After a 6 hour drive from Atlanta, I was greeted at 11pm by a front desk woman who instead of making me feel welcomed, used her attitude to make me feel as if she could careless if I stayed with them or not. That's very unprofessional. The next morning the day crew was awesome and very professional. The cleaning ladies came at random times each day, but showed up promptly the day of check-out. I had a problem with that. Other than those little speed bumps, the hotel was very enjoyable and comfortable. I will continue to stay at this hotel whenever I am in Daytona. Hopefully, by then the entire staff will be both professional and couteous 24/7.

Great Deal, Great Time

This hotel is a little bit off of the main strip but the amenities are great, esp for the price! I went for Labor Day Weekend with my boyfriend and we were happily surprised. We had to ask for a better view/porch but they upgraded with no problem. Kitchenette is very convenient and there is a Publix right across the street. Also, you can park on the same level as your floor! Definitely try driving onto the beach for a spot instead of plopping down in front of the hotel if you want more space. Food options at the hotel are limited so plan on going out. Bar is great though.

Outstanding Hotel

This was my husbands and I second stay at the Daytona Beach Resort & Conference Center. We loved it so much the first time, that we came back the next year. The room was clean and I liked having a parking garage. It was much easier unloading and loading to get our things to the room and leaving to go home. We'll most likely go back again. Thanks :)

Great Hotel, Wrong Room

This was our second stay and found the place to be just as clean, rooms just as nice, cost just as reasonable and the front desk staff just as crabby.
