Decent room for the rate we paid

The price we paid for our recent 4 night stay was cheap enough to leave me satisfied. Basically needed a place to shower & sleep and this was fine for just that. Highs were the location - good proximity to dining & shopping and the free breakfast each morning wasn't fancy but a good selection. Lows were the noise level in that when someone walked past the room, their footsteps were loud and the floor shook and when outside doors closed (slammed), the noise was very loud inside our room. This is pretty common with exterior entry hotels, though. Overall, I would stay here again if the price was right.

Ok for business travel

This hotel wasn't anything special, it is close to the mall and many chain restaurants. The room was basic, the bed wasnt comfortable, the water pressure was low.

Great amenities for the price

This hotel has almost all the amenities you'd find in a 5 star hotel but at a much lower rate. The shower was recently rennovated. I only have 2 complaints: 1) the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke and was supposedly a non-smoking room and 2) it can get noisy if you're on the ground floor or near the stairs. You hear every footstep, movement, etc. in the room above. I turned the room fan on high which drowned out most of the noise.

Everthing was awesome. The only thing is it is difficult to get in and out of the parking lot.

Very descent and clean. Big bang for the buck.

Nice location. Restuarants, gas, mall are next to the hotel in a very convenient walking distance. Best of all, very nice continental breakfast.

Next to the major road and very nice mall. Desk clerk gave directions to local activities.

I went for one night and had a pleasant experience. The only problem I saw was the cleanliness could be better (there was hair in the bathroom floor when I first got there). But other than that, I paid a good price and was able to sleep through the night and didn't hear a thing.

the staff was super friendly and helpful, though the facilities do show some wear, they are clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast could be better, but was fine considering the price.

Yuck

Our room stunk of cigarette smoke, even though it was a non-smoking room (and hotel), to the point that we ran the AC all night and took our valuables with us during the day so we could leave the window open. The bathroom wasn't dirty so much as tired - the whole thing needed a facelift. It was cheap and about a 10 minute drive from downtown Wilmington, so if that's what you need knock yourself out. Otherwise skip it.
