Great Hotel

This hotel was pretty awesome! The room and the hotel itself was very clean. The location of this hotel was a plus, it was an easy on and off the highway and a walking distance into Busch Gardens. Even though we didn't use the pool it looked very inviting.I would stay at this hotel again in the future.

perfect location and great value

This is a great hotel just for a night or two to go to Bush Gardens. Nothing fancy but for the price and location it was great. lots of restaraunts within walking distance.

Get what you paid for-but comfy

The room we booked was non-smoking and it smelled really bad, even for a smoking room. After a while you nose gets used to the smell, but overall, it was comfy, clean and for one night stay it was good for the money.

Done with Days Inn West

Everytime I stay in a Days Inn I am always disappointed. We were in a run down part of town. I did not feel safe at all. I would not recommend staying here for more than one night. I guess I need to start paying a little more for my hotel rooms. Days Inn West of Tampa and Orlando are not worth staying in, even though they are cheap. You get what you pay for, nothing.

Gross!!!!

This hotel is not recommended. The location works for most Tampa sites but the premise is dirty. The hotel staff were rude and did not have time to answer a simple question regarding a taxi service. The rooms were dirty, the AC smelled, the pillows were dirty, the shower was dirty, there were black mold stains in the bathroom, the rooms are in front of a Taco Bell, not on the other side, On the same street!!!! Extremely loud.... Seems like owners just care to make a quick buck and not to offer an affordable, clean room.

Should have slept on the floor.

The bed was terrible. The mattress had a top sheet tucked over it (instead of fitted sheet the hugs mattress)so it slid and you ended up sleeping on the bare mattress. Bed was harder than a rock. Would have slept on floor had I trusted it to be clean. No security. Next room over had loud, drunk teenagers partying outside the room at all hours of the night. Also a random guy wondering parking lot at all hours. Would not recommend to anyone.

If you are looking for an affordable basic hotel, than this is it! Dont expect quality room service, keys to work at the door, Iron Board or other things... Even if you want extra towels, you have to pick them up yourself at lobby 1 block away...

Great room for the money. Excellent location near Busch Gardens. Need improvements on daily housekeeping.

Great room & location for the money.

The only problem I had with the room was the TV. No network channels for news, but the other cable including HBO was clear. All the regular network channels were all snow and no sound. Not in the room that much so not even worth calling the desk to inquire.

Satisfied

The room was very clean. I was very satisfied for the price I paid. Convient to Busch Gardens and restuarants

Reasonable Room

Location and friendliness of staff were great thought the neighborhood isn't the best. Room was clean enough for a pet room, beds could be better; they were a little uncomfortable.
