too much hassle

I waited 10 minutes to check in, as the person behind the desk held a personal phone call. The room was adequate, and the bathroom had signs of water damage. I wanted to use the pool, but apparently you have to go to the front desk, get a key, and unlock the pad lock; just to access/use the pool.....this is ridiculous! The next morning, there's some random t-shirt on the floor of the room, that doesn't even belong to me? I don't know where this came from, whether it was between the comforter, or what, but it wasn't mine, and I wasn't missing any of my possessions. Also, at 10:15 (check out is @ 11) I get a call from the front desk asking if I'm going to check out? Don't these calls usually come after 11, when I haven't checkout out yet? Overall, I'm not impressed, and will not stay here again, unless I'm practically broke.

Great location

It was near the freeway, nice room for the price. The guy @ the front desk was no friendly looking, but quickk check in. I really recomend this motel for half way to Laughlin.

Worst hotel ever

The toilet had urine all over it and was clogged as soon as we got there. We had to call maintenance twice to unclog it. The sheets had stains on them that looked like either blood or coffee. I hope they were coffee. The heater/air conditioner unit was filthy and when we tried to put the heat on it just blew dirt all over the room and irritated all our allergies. Then we tried to turn it of except it wouldn't turn off so we had to unplug it and sparks flew everywhere. We wore sandals in the shower because the tub was filthy and had hair all over it. Then we wore the soggy sandals all over the room because the carpet had a foul odor. On Saturday night the neighborhood gets sketchy and there were teenagers out at all hours of the night and we couldn't sleep. It did not feel very safe. This place is really a dump. I guess if you have to stay in Victorville this is what you get.

okay for the money

Nothing impressive, old hotel but great new pillows! We stayed there as a 1/2 way point to Las Vegas driving late at night...they didn't have our hotels.com confirmation but luckily did have a room available... good location to find during the daytime...hard to see & find at night but this is a small town without a lot of bright lights. The worst part was the live cockroaches I saw & killed (even one inside the unplugged refrig! Yikes! The shower & bathroom really need new grouting...the old is gross but the showerhead is amazing & the power strong so it was like getting a massage & made up for some of the other icky stuff...& at least there was a coffee pot & pouches of coffee...but the whole place felt creepy because of the roaches!!!! Scare Me!

Come on. This room could not be any bigger than a 10'X10' with the bathroom sink at the foot of the bed? The shower was smaller than the on in my travel trailer? I had to fix TV/Cable.
