Tipo de viaje: Overnight Stay Reseña 1 de 33Pretty good for budget hotel
Staff was nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Location was convenient. As others have noted, the side door to enter the hotel was not locked, so anyone could just walk into the main hallway from the street. This was a little unsettling, but once inside we locked up tight and forgot about it.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 2 de 33Convenient
Convenient location. Since pets are allowed, there were some animal odors from the hallway but not in the sleeping room itself. Staff was very helpful.

The breakfast buffet was weak however.

Tipo de viaje: Overnight Stay Reseña 4 de 33Modest motel, good location for the price
The motel is a little older but clean and very convenient to historic downtown Taos and Taos Pueblo. The free breakfast selection is very minimal so I would recommend going to Michael's Kitchen downtown for food. We were driving across country and this motel suited are needs (affordable, clean, convenient).

Tipo de viaje: Not Provided Reseña 6 de 33Price is right
This is a typical 2 star hotel. The people at the desk were very friendly and helpful. There was a very light breakfast each morning. My complaints... There was a layer of dust on the back of the two chairs in the room and the air conditioner worked great, but could be loud at times and can make for a rough night of sleep. Bring ear plugs. Otherwise for the price I'd stay there again.

Tipo de viaje: Overnight Stay Reseña 8 de 33Nice Room for the Money
The hotel was just fine - a nice, clean room, everything functioned in it, internet access, coffee, modest but free breakfast. It was a good deal really.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 11 de 33"Great room for the money"
Room was clean & comfortable. Air conditioning was somewhat noisy and really didn't cool the room as much as we would have liked. Breakfast was not anthing to call home about. Front desk person was extremely conscientious.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 12 de 33not safe
We arrived late in the evening, with our children. The parking lot was very dark, with only one small spotlight under the entrance. The front desk has a glass partition. After checking in we encountered a man in the hallway, under the influence of something. The room was in need of some updating and the comforters needed a good washing. We left and checked into another hotel right down the road. Do Not let the cancellation policy trick you into thinking that there is a shortage of hotels in the area, as there are plenty. I was a flight attendant for 15 years and stayed in some pretty bad places, and this one tops the list.

Tipo de viaje: Special Event Reseña 13 de 33A little costy but better than expected
Driving up... hotel appears dated and maybe a little run down. At check-in, the woman was extremely nice and helpful. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Overall we were very satisfied.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 14 de 33Great One Night Stand in Taos
I was only in Taos for two days, mainly to reconnect with some tourist spots and the author D H Lawrence's Ranch and Home. The Days Inn is directly off Highway 68, the main road leading in and out of Taos. Fast and easy checkin, ample parking, clean comfortable room, cable TV, plenty of hot water, quiet, good breakfast (cereal, juice, coffee/tea, toast/danish) and quick checkout made for a great stay. If you are headed to Angel Fire, the next traffic light from the motel headed into Taos is the turnoff.I recommend the Days Inn to anyone touring the museums and other Taos finery and related shopping.

Tipo de viaje: Family Reseña 15 de 33Needs Improvement
There was a very bad smell in the hallway of the hotel. We had to block the bottom of our door with a towel to keep the smell out. Also, when we asked for more towels the clerk gave us a hard time about it.
