Days Inn & Suites Tavares-Mt. Dora

Great for the price

I stayed at this hotel because i was attending a wedding in Mt. Dora. The hotel is on a lonely stretch of 441, but it's a great stop-over if you're going anywhere in the area--Mt. Dora is a ten minute drive, Disney is fairly close... While there's not much in the immediate area of the hotel, there are plenty of restaurants, so food was not a problem. The staff at the hotel all were very nice, and very helpful. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 9:30, i think, but i found most of the food was already gone by around 8:30, so you might want to get there early. The walls are a bit thin, so i was privy to most of the conversations on my floor... but the water was hot, the bed was comfy... I got everything i wanted.

very nice hotel for the money - clean and new

Hotel felt very new and was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again. A great value.

Fantastic Truly Impressed

This was a very comfortable hotel. Rooms were very clean and in remodeled condition. Continental was what you would expect and pool was not so impressive But over all Very happy and I would stay there again.

Nice, clean room

This was a clean room in a good location. Check in was quick and easy, as was check out. We had a problem with our television remote that was promptly resolved within minutes of front desk notification. The continental breakfast was meager, but I guess that just goes along with the cutbacks that everyone is going through these days. All in all, a good deal and I would stay here again.

decent hotel

This was a nice, clean hotel for a reasonable price. One area they could improve in is the continental breakfast; the selection was very limited. Overall, it was clean; which is one of the biggest things for me. I would stay there again.

Outstanding Hotel

Exceptional value. Only negative is that the signage at the road is easy to miss as it is small. Facility is great.

Great Hotel

Nice clean hotel. Breakfast was a very basic cold cereal, etc. and was cleaned up by 9:00. Workout room was nice and clean.

Friendly service and clean room

The staff at the desk were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean.
