The linens were soiled and thread-bare. The continental breakfast was very inadequate. Stay away from this place!

Needs Improvement

The Hotel is a nice hotel, easy to get to, and conveniently next to a UTA Trax station. But it could use some serious deep cleaning. The hall and stair carpeting was quite dirty and our room carpeting looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. The bathroom was especially dirty, needing work on the tub, floor, walls and door. I expected better of a Days Inn, even with the Great rate we got!

Good Service

The employees there were great. The night desk clerk Larry was outstanding! Or as he would say, "An fine chap". The price was great and overall the hotel was nice and convenient however, the maintenance of the hotel was lacking and the cleaning of the linnins was lacking also. But overall it was a good stay.

Poor acoustic isolation

The room was nice, but right next to the ice machine. The noise of the ice machine gave me troubles all night long. I woke up at 6:00 AM to two people talking outside my door. I could clearly hear everything they were saying, even though they were talking at a normal tone. All in all, I had a very poor night's sleep due to the poor acoustic isolation of the room. If you get a room far away from the ice machine and no one talks in the hallway, you should be able to enjoy your stay.

Great room for the moeny

Near all essential shops, restuarants etc. Staff very helpful.

Dont Go

Our rooms because we had to be moved were filthy, towels and sheets were badly stained. We had no hot water for bathing 2 out of the four days we were there.Horrible place!!!

Needs imrovement

For a room with two beds there wasn't enough towels and the towels were very poor quality. The bath tub was very slick where we had to put a towel down so we wouldn't slip and fall. No shampoo or cream rinse. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Dissappointed

I had a cold shower everyday I was there. Our room keys never worked. Each time we returned to the hotel we had to re magnatize them. The desk clerk keyed our keys into room 137 and we went in and the other peoples cell phone, laptop and suitcases were there. He was supposed to key us into room 230. On another day our keys didn't work and again they had been keyed for a different room. I do not know how this hotel is rated a 2 star it should be a 1/2 star or less. I had to go get my own towels and the room cleaniliness let alone the hotel was disgusting.
