Trip Type: Family Review 1 of 240Great value, great location
We stayed one night. It was an outstanding value and location. SO close to Universal. Disappointed in the 'breakfast buffet', if you don't have a voucher, you have to pay and it's not really worth it. You had five choices, no juice, no creamer. The room itself was alright. One of the comforters was stained but we didn't bother with because it was just one night. So for what you're paying and its location, not bad at all. It's an affordable place to stay before or after a day at the parks.

Trip Type: Business Review 2 of 240Room Was Dirty
There was an unidentified stain on one of the bed covers. Other than that for the money and price it was a fair deal.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 240Nothing special but clean
The price was great, but the hotel was obviously aging. The room and property were clean, but nothing special. The shower was hot then cold (and I mean COLD) then hot again, repeat this about 10 times in the course of a shower. The bed was a little lumpy, but overall not too bad. It was very quiet, and while in a great location close to Universal, it was set way off of the main roads making it both very quiet and secluded, but also a little hard to find if you have people meeting you there. Overall, I would stay here again as long as the price remains low.

Rooms are clean. Old hotel. Saff at the front desk we very nice and helpful. walking distances to universal, but a long walk. Taxi from universal to hotel only $5.00.

Trip Type: Family Review 7 of 240A great value
This isn't the best hotel but it's a great value. I have stayed there 3 times now and it's a good place to crash after a day at the park. It isn't a four star but its a nice place to rest you rhead.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 240great location, great price!!!
i was a little skeptical of the room since i didnt check reviews until after i booked the room and it seemed like a lot of people were disappointed but we had no problems whatsoever. obviously its not a five star hotel but it had everything we needed and we have no complaints whatsoever. it is ridiculously close to universal which is where were going and you can't beat the price. so ignore all the bad feedback and give it a try.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 240Quality for Good Price
When we arrived, my wife forgot to print out the tickets for Halloween Horror Nights and luckily they allowed her to use the lobby's private computer to print them out. It was clean, comfortable and had a friendly staff. What else is there to say?

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 240Great room for the money
We went to Orlando for Halloween Horror Nights and when I got there I asked if we could get a king bed instead of 2 doubles being that we were only there for 1 night and were not even going to be there long and she upgraded us to a suite. Yes it needs remodeling but the stay was great.

Trip Type: Romance Review 14 of 240Close but no Towels
Overall a decent hotel. The room was clean when we arrived and fairly comfortable. The hotel is literally right across the road from Universal which was extremely convenient and very well priced for the location. Now for the bad news. When my husband and I arrived, there were no towels in the room and after a long day of traveling I was looking forward to a warm shower. I called the front desk and it took housekeeping almost two hours to bring me ONE set of towels. In the course of our three day stay our room wasn't turned down once. Again, marginally a nice hotel but the housekeeping staff needs to get their act together.
