Great rooms for the money

The rooms were very clean, beds were more confortable than we expected and the service was excelent. As a group we were given rooms side by side making it easy to visit, borrow shampoo etc., and plan the next days activities.

Just Don't

This hotel was dirty! The room smelled like mold. I had a bottle of air freshner in the car that I brought in and sprayed all over. There was hair in the tub and all over the bathroom floor. The toiletries that were provided were opened. The soap was ripped with black gunk on it. My room was not service the first day. When I contacted the front desk, I was told housekeeping was gone for the day. When I asked if I could at least get clean towels I was told I would have to come get them. I didn't except 4 star from this particular hotel, but I have never been concerned for my personal hygiene in a hotel before. YUCK!

You had better be in good shape.

This motel is 4 floors tall and has only stairs, no elivator. If there is one I could not find it, just stair wells. The room waqas nice and clean, but I had to carry my stuff up 3 floors.

Needs better housekeeping

we checked into out room at 4pm and 1 bed wasn't made, meaning it probably didn't have its sheets changed. there were wet towels in the bathroom, no new towels, no soap, just seemed like housekeeping skipped this room all together when cleaning. evening desk person was very nice and helpful, morning desk person on the other hand was very rude and couldn't even help me find a phone number. because we were stranded in orlando with no where else to go, we stayed. but if we were on vacation, this would never be a hotel we choose again.

great location

The location of this hotel is very easily accessible to the interstate and some attractions. Our stay was brief and there were some issues with the audible noise at night, however considering the price and the friendly staff it was a great deal.

Good room for price

Nice hotel for price. Not a great neighborhood, but very convenient to I-4. IHOP next door for great breakfasts!

Smelly Room

Service at this hotel was good. I would give it a grad of "A". However, the first room I had smelled like cat urine. I thought it would go away after turning on the air conditioner. However, 6 hours later, the smell was still there. Around 11:00 p.m. I requested another room and the hotel was quick to accomodate me with a new room. My new room smelled better. The remote control for the TV did not work. Since I was tired I waited until morning to report on the remote control. Again the hotel was quick to resolve the situation. Overall service was good. However, the whole place seems more run down from when I last stayed there about three years ago. Given the cost of accomodations, perhaps I got what I paid for. I do not think I will be staying at this hotel again in the future.

Great room for the money

I booked my room there for EarthDay Birthday and I loved it minus that it was behind the county jail. But onther then that I loved it. I would reconmend it to my Friends.

Fine for a night

I was honestly shocked to find out that the hotel was not even a full city block away from the Orlando Correctional Facility. Personally, something like that should be mentioned. Neither me, nor my friends, felt truly comfortable, but thankfully it was just one night.

No Problems

Just Stayed 1 Night for a concert and the motel is backed up aginst the 33rd street jail but no problems with people walking around at night and sheriff cars everywhere. it was right off the interstate but very quiet all in all had a good stay would stay there again and only 2.8 miles from the concert hall. would recommend for short stay.

Wasn't bad at all, would stay again

For the money I don’t think you can go wrong. We only needed a place to sleep at night while enjoying the parks during the day. Surprisingly we had plenty of hot water for 3 people taking showers in a row. The bathroom and sheets were clean. The heat worked great. (Was in the 40’s the first night) The only problem we had is with one of the key cards opening the door. Would definitely stay again.
