needs improvement

The carpet was looking very dirty,there were ants in the bedroom and bathroom.The back door was left open for anyone to come i.e you don't have to use your customer key to come,to me that is a security issue.The coffee maker and the ice bucket were very dirty.

Great price for the money conscience

This was a nice, clean and affordable hotel. I am a flight crew member for one of the worlds top 3 airlines and this propoerty ranked with some of our top layover hotels in terms of giving me enough bang for my buck. It was clean, comfortable, free wi-fi, refridgrators & mcrowaves in the rooms and coffee makers. Airports shuttles ran every 30 mins from 5AM to 1:30AM. Perfect for a place to just recharge overnight, grab a shower and be rested for that long haul flight the next day. Staff was pleasant, courteous and freindly. My only discount, if you call it that, would be there is no late check out at all. You much be out at 11AM and my flight got in really late the night before and didnt got out until 8PM the day after so a late check out would have been nice for considering the room rate I got you can't beat it.

Don't stay here if you want a convenient airport shuttle pickup

Main complaint is that I called for pickup from the Miami Airport and was told 15 minutes or so and after waiting over an hour and 15 minutes and calling 5 different times, I decided to catch a cab. While in the cab, I was told that this hotel shuttle picking you up is virtual unheard of and it is much easier to take the $13 cab. I just didn't like the fact that this was an advertised amenity that I looked forward to, but given the extreme inconvenience of a long wait time its not something that should even be advertised.

The hotel is OK for the price and location, but the restaurant where the breakfast is served is dark and the food miserable.

Needs improvement

Hotel corridor had a funny odor. Carpet looked really old. Hotel was kind of sketchy looking. Room was okay, nothing fantastic, but it was close to the airport and the hotel has a shuttle. I would definitely NOT recommend this place for a relaxing vacation-type atmosphere. It is good for spending overnight in order to travel to/from the airport.

Great room for the money

I was actually shock that the room was as clean as it was not only that we checked in very quickly and everything went as planned. I will recommend to a friend and it was 15minutes from the beach right off the highway exit NW72. I enjoyes now what they could have had is a microwave in the room are in the hotel but they didnt :( that was the negative part.

"Noisy, scary, total disapoinment."

I was not happy with my stay at this hotel at all, the employee at the front desk was very rude and not sarcastic. The planes were very loud and the surrounding of the hotel was scary i did not feel safe at all. When i checked out the lady at the front desk was preoccupied and very rude. Also on top of that i was overcharged compared to the internet prices. You would think that a place that makes its money from CUSTOMERS would be a little nicer and attentive to there customers! I was in Miami for 7 days and was looking for a hotel to stay at for the entire 7 days. I would have overlooked the noise and surroundings but i was not going to pay to be treated like shit.

Good if you're going to the airport...

This is a clean, cheap airport hotel, worth booking if you're just there to catch a plane the next day. Avoid the "breakfast" - it's a rip-off.

I just want to say that for me to shop the whole day this hotel is "PERFECT". Good rate at the time we stayed there. only in the bathtobe the water went to slow. I like this hotel because of the price ,the location,etc. I can rent my car right there at the hotel and also at a good price. Thank you, Erna
