Trip Type: Romance Review 1 of 88Room for the money
I had a very pleasant stay there, very close to the airport, but I didnt mind, just floated in the pool watching the planes. The grounds as well as the pool were kept up nicely. I would most definately stay there again.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 2 of 88One room out of two
Shuttle service was very good. Shuttle arrived 20 minutes after our call that we had arrived at the airport. Location was 5 minutes from airport. We were only there for one night so paid little attention to the neighborhood. One of our rooms was fine for the money. The other room had dirty sheets that had been slept in, a dirty bathroom and dirty cleaning rags left on a chair in the bedroom. There is no elevator to upper floors.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 3 of 88Cheap and close to airport
The room was quite cheap, and had everything you need for a one night stay. It was not a very happy environment, so I would not recommend to stay here for a long periode. We had about 9 hours in total at this place, and I survived.. ;)

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 4 of 88It Works.
We mainly chose this hotel because of the free transfers to and from the airport and the port of Miami. We got in late at night and had no problems waiting for the shuttle or for checking in. Our room was way in the back and was clean. A few of us were not tired at all so we took advantage of the hotel bar right off the lobby. If you like your drinks strong, then this is the place for you! The shuttle to the port leaves at a few different times in the morning, we left right at 11am. We had a total of 6 of us in 2 different rooms. If just using this place as a layover for transfers then I would recommend it!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 5 of 88Great For Cruisers
This hotel is the Days Inn. It is not the Ritz Carlton. Remember that when booking. It's not fancy. But, it is convenient and clean. Being so close to the airport, you will be in the flight path and you will hear the jets fly by until about midnight and starting again around 6 am. There is a restaurant and a bar in the hotel. There is a Subway next door and a gas station convenience store open 24 hours across the street. The hotel will provide free toiletries if you have forgotten anything. If you are not taking a cruise, I would NOT recommend this hotel. But, if you are taking a cruise, this is a GREAT option. The hotel is inexpensive, yet clean and comfortable. They offer complimentary pick up from the airport and complimentary shuttle to the cruise port in the morning. This is a definite PLUS. Remember to ask the clerk for the cruise port shuttle book so that you can sign up when you chek in. The best thing about this hotel is that it is inexpensive and convenient for cruisers. There is no real benefit to stay there for non-cruisers.

Trip Type: Business Review 6 of 88Noisy and Not Very Clean
I never had a restful sleep. There were different kinds of noises coming from... I dont know where--the bed spread was not clean--I could smell the scent of the last person who slept in the room--I had to wait for an hour just to use an Iron---

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 7 of 88GREAT SHUTTLE DEAL & CLEAN ROOMS
The hotel shuttle picked us up at the airport within 35 mins. of our phone call. CHECK-IN was actually pleasant & easy. We asked for a room by the pool - no problem they said. We had a outside access room by the pool. Room 131. It was clean, new paint, new bathroom tiles, new BEDSPREAD/Sheets!! We got to swim in the pool, there were some leaves in the pool. The TV only got NEWS chanels. Not great lighting in the room. Enjoyed the patio chairs/tables/umbrellas by the pool - nice relaxing atmosphere - uuummm except for the JET LINERS flying above us. BUT REMEMBER THIS HOTEL IS AT THE END OF A RUN WAY ... we kind of got used to the airplane noise. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND the Hotel Cafe - VERY EXPENSIVE!!!!! If you go left outside the hotel, you will come to a fantastic Greek Diner 2 blocks down. FANTASTIC great quality food, and very friendly service. We heard there was an IHOP & a few other restaurants in the other direction. The bed was not too bad - could have been a little firmer. THE FREE SHUTTLE from THE AIRPORT AND FREE SHUTTLE to PORT OF MIAMI WAS AN AWESOME DEAL!!!!!!! What a fantastic improvement from 4 years ago.

Trip Type: Family Review 8 of 88Needs inprovement
When we arrived in our rooms (two families) they were not King beds as booked. We were moved to new rooms. We we went into the new rooms both rooms had been "cleaned" and BOTH rooms had wet (not dried) urine on the toilet seats (have pictures). The management said they would make it right with HOTELS, what ever that means. We will see.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 10 of 88Smell
This hotel had a horrible odor and was old and dirty. When we checked in the Beds weren't completly made. I expected more from a Days Inn. The neighborhood is horrible.

Trip Type: Romance Review 11 of 88Disappointed
Very disappointed with this hotel. Appliances were old and the entire property needs maintenance TLC. For example, the most annoying things were that the hotel room door had an inch of spacing underneath it. This allowed mosquitoes to come into the room. They needed to add door sweepers on all of their doors. The only bright spots for this hotel is proximity tot he airport and the fact they have a microwave and a working refrigerator in the room. I also like the televisions with the audio plugs so, you can bring your PS3 or Wii.

Rooms too cramped. TV set outdated and some channels can not be seen properly. Great Location for overnighter to catch an early flight next day.
