We needed two rooms for a night after graduation so we didn't have to drive back home. It met that need and that was all I wanted. Don't like to pay for a bunch of pretties when all I do is sleep and then drive.

We were looking for a place to stay for just one night as we were participating in a pickleball tournament the next day. Given the price, we only hoped that it would be clean. We only had to stay one night. This motel really exceeded our expectations. Not only was the room very clean, we had a refrigerator and microwave that we did not expect. We would have liked an internet connection in the room, but at least we were able to check our e-mail in the lobby. Acces in the room would be a real plus for this hotel, and would bring more business to the hotel. The only thing we were a little disappointed with was the complimentary breakfast.........Packaged donuts!! and no cream cheese for the bagels. For the price though, I guess we can't complain.

Hotel was located only 2 miles from Leesburg Regional Hospital. Close to restaraunts. Served our visit well.

The front desk service was friendly, but check in and check out was slow. This was due to dated technology or unfamilarity with the software that the hotel used.

The carpet was so dirty that our feet actually stuck to the carpet as we walked across it. Wore our shoes during our entire stay. Registered for 3 nights and only stayed 2. Would never stay there again!

hotel was in a good location, and conveniant to where we needed to go! The maid service was poor when they cleaned the room after the first night.The room look very nice when we got it. The bathroom was very dirthy but i guess the saying is true, u get what u paid for!!!
