1. Room reeked of smoke, even though this was a non-smoking room. 2. Breakfast area was small and extremely congested. 3. They kept stale muffins for breakfast. On complaining, the attendant did not even bother to take it out. She just walked away saying that her shift had ended.

If you are looking for an inexpensive hotel room with out the cushyness of the more expensive hotels, then this one would be fine. The continental breakfast was a disapointment.

Trip Type: With Friends Review 8 of 62Great hotel, a little older, but well maintained. Very Safe!
This was a good hotel for the price. Booked the Single room with a King bed. The room was actually very large for the price. This was a very safe place to stay, as it is surrounded by tall nice fences, and has security cameras all around and throughout the hotel, constantly monitored by the staff at the front desk. The room was clean, but showed signs of wear, such as a worn carpet, and slight damages to the bathroom, the kind that happens over time. Nothing was to bad though, and possibly not even noticeable if you werent looking. Our room also had a refrigerator and a microwave, two things that should be in every hotel room in my opinion. Very easy to get to, right off the highway exit. I would deffinatly reccomend this Days inn.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 11 of 62Fit my need, but...
Was a great location for a concert at the nearby Comcast Theater, but my room was in need of repair.. an entire wall's wallpaper was coming down and bubbling, looked like there had been some sort of major water damage at some point. What I needed was a bed and indeed, I got one. It was nice to have a micro and fridge as well, although I did not use them.

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 12 of 62Hotel stay
It's good for a quick over night stay. Try to book the back of the hotel instead of the front rooms. People go outside and smoke and talk very loud which can be annoying if you are a light sleeper.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 13 of 62Not Worth It!
I went to the Days Inn in Hartford because of the free parking and slightly lower room rates, and I sincerely regret that decision. The staff that I encountered were incredibly rude, and the breakfast provided was terrible. Our door didn't lock half of the time, and we were given only 3 towels for a room with 4 guests. Overall, I was incredible dissatisfied with my stay at this hotel, and I believe that the owners should be ashamed at the way they treat their guests. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The room still had towels from the last guest balled up on the floor, the bathtub had cracks and holes in the enamel, the continental breakfast consisted of a dozen mini muffins and 3 bagels, the bed sheets did not stay on (there were no fitted sheets, only flat sheets), the mattress slid off the box spring, the blankets had stains and holes in them (Wish I had noticed that before we were packing to leave), the neighborhood was atrocious.
