Great hotel

Good location, easy access to highways, clean room and very friendly staff. They upgraded us to suites because there were no non-smoking rooms available as we had requested.

Hotel staff was extremely friendly and my room was kept in excellent condition. I really enjoyed my stay!

Rudeness

When I when for me breakfast that it was included and I was I minute late of 9AM and they do not let me take my breakfast and the the lady was very rude.

Did not meet expectations

I had booked a non-smoking room with a king sized bed and when I arrived, was given a smoking room. When I asked to switch rooms the man at the desk told me I had book a smoking room, which was entirely false when I checked my confirmation e-mail, and did not have a comparable room to give us.

Perfect for the price

The room was clean and it was worth the money. I only had one problem and that was the bed clothes didn't smell as fresh as they should have been.

Asked for non-smoking got smoking but it didn't smell bad. Cig burns in the carpet and on the tub. Bathroom wasnt dirty but was kindda gross with all the tub stains. We went to Hartford for a concert and most of the people who were staying there were their for the same reason. There was tailgating in the parking lot and beer cans all around, if we had been their for anything else we might have had a probelm with it but it didnt bother us.

Our keys were ready when we arrived and the room was clean but smelled of old cigarettes (even though it was non-smoking). Overall, we found the location to be convient and the hotel staff was very nice. Aside from the slight smell, it was a good room for the money.

Needs Improvement

The room's carpet was dirty, dusty needs to be replaced or steam wash. Bed covers and comforters were not clean, we had rashes and were feeling itchy on our bodies. No continental breakfast.

Days inn is a good place to stay. My only problem is the fact that I requested a non-smoker room and I got a room full with cigar' odor. It could have been great if I had a nice and clean smelling room.

Good Value

My only complaint was that we didn't get the requested 5:30 a.m. wakeup call we requested. Thankfully I also set my cell phone alarm so we didn't oversleep. Otherwise it was a decent room for an affordable rate.
