    The room was fairly clean and surprisingly had some updates to it(flat panel tv, newer beds, new furniture). The people who work there were nice and the room rates were very fair. However, do not get a room on the side where route 447 is! It is loud all night with the cars and people speeding that you will never get a decent night of sleep. Other than that, the hotel was decent.

Located in the Pocono Mountains, the Shannon Inn & Pub in East Stroudsburg, Pa. is 10 miles from Camelback Ski Area, the largest ski resort in the Poconos, and its water park, Camelbeach. Bushkills Falls is 15 miles from the hotel.

The Shannon Inn & Pub provides guests with a complimentary breakfast to begin each day. In the inn's lobby, a fireplace welcomes guests and complimentary newspapers and coffee are available.
