Worst Customer Service Ever

I had an issue with the billing at the hotel and called hotels.com as well as the hotel to get it resolved. Hotels.com customer service was very helpful when I tried to get assistance. When I called the hotel however the gentleman at the front desk told me to he has nothing to do with billing, call hotels.com. I was just trying to get some information and the gentleman (and I use that term loosely), kept interrupting me and hung up the phone. Even when the hotels.com rep called on my behalf he was rude to her as well. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. If I lived in South Carolina I would stand outside of this hotel to tell EVERY SINGLE PATRON how deplorable the customer service is.

Great deal for the money.

The Days Inn in Conway SC was a perfect place for me for the money. I was bringing my son to college at Coastal Carolina an the Days Inn fit my needs. Location and price were perfect. Room was very good.

A bit expensive for what you get. I only got a half decent rate because I got a deal for paying up front without the option to cancel and get my money back. The kids at the front desk were nice when I checked in. I would stay there again.

Cheap and adequate

This hotel was exactly where we needed it to be (five minutes from my mother-in-law), and was the cheapest one around. It wasn't very fancy, just one room with a tiny bathroom (toilet and shower - sink was in the bedroom area), but it was a place to crash for the night, which is all we needed really - we were there to visit family, not hang out in a hotel room. The beds were clean and comfortable. The floors were filthy, though - after getting out of the shower, the bottoms of our feet were black within minutes of walking around on the carpeting. We had to laugh when we checked in and looked at the room because there was only one towel for the four of us, and though there was an ironing board, there was no iron, and though there were styrofoam cups, coffee, creamer and sugar, there was no coffee pot! The towel situation was fixed in no time - the front desk staff was extremely accommodating and nice, even in the middle of the night. I'm sure if we had needed to iron anything, or if we had wanted coffee, they could have arranged that, too. The hotel was easy to get in and out of, and they provided a nice breakfast if you got to the lobby early enough.

Good Hotel

For the money it was a great place to stay. We had a few minor issues on arrival and the manager was very quick to correct things for us. It was convenient for what we needed. I would probably stay here again.

Would stay here again. Best price and definitely met my business needs-interenet, clean, low cost. Have to get iron from front desk if needed.

The other guest were nosiy late into the night. I did not feel comfortable or secure thoughout the night.

Not Bad for the price

My family and I went on vacation and stayed for one night. For the money it was a good hotel. I dont have any complaints, we were satisfied.
