The hotel was older but in decent condition. The room was comfortable and clean. A little dingy, but that goes along with older rooms. All in all, a fine place to stay for the value.

Needs a little updating

The hotel is on the old side, set up more like a motel with the doors outside instead of inside. The room was clean, but the bathroom floor was a little dingy. All in all it was a place to sleep and a clean room.

A good example of what to expect at this hotel - the room had 4 lamps ..... but only had 1 light bulb.

Good room for the price

The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable for the rate I paid. The surrounding neighborhood was safe and the location allowed easy access to downtown Chicago.

Needs Improvement

Called hotel for directions could not understand because she could not speak English well enough. Bought map and found it my self. Later asked for directions yo another location were given wrong directions again had to research it myself. Their wireless internet didn't work.

* The woman who checked me in was very pleasant and very helpful. She changed my room because the TV didn't work properly * Limited TV viewing & offered stations not all available * Internet connection weak , slow & sptty at best * Microwave did not work, no fruit for breakfast

rooms lacked good maintenance: light bulbs out, broken fixtures, non functional tv remotes, missing a clock, breakfast schedule not updated to reflect appropriate hours,complimentary papers offered but not available, so so plumbing

"Customer Serivce Was Terrible"

The room was occupied when I got there. The front person wasnt very helpful. She didnt even know someone hadnt checked out!
