Very Dissatisfied/Needs Tremendous Improvements

the room was very dirty, there were no amenities in the room upon checkin, did not get any housekeeping service - room was never cleaned during my entire stay, room condition was very poor, mattresses were old and torn, bugs and flies were flying around in the room.

Great otel

Our stay was just one night but found it very comfortable, clean and relaxful. Very easty access from interstate/
