Friendly Staff

From the check in desk clerk to the room maids , everyone was friendly and offered a hello and a smile. This is the second time I have stayed here, the room was clean, comfortable and everything was in working order. It is centrally located, a safe area, I will gladly book my next stay in the area there.

Not Bad

The hotel wasn't bad. But there was a mix up between hotels.com and the hotel. We got placed in a smoking room because the hotel was full. The guy at the desk said I should have called and he would have matched the price, to get the right room. Though the room didn't really smell like smoke. And he could not refund our money due to we paid hotels.com. He did offer us a room in the non-smoking area but the toilet was missing the seat and there was no heat. So we chose the smoking room. It wasn't bad. We missed breakfast but there was Belgium waffle maker, juice and coffee maker.

you get a good size, clean room, good service, and a nice breakfast in the morning!

Repeat Customer

This was our second time staying here and we won't pick any place else. The location is quiet, the rooms are large and the bed very comfortable. Normally I have problems sleeping when away from home but I have no problems here. We will be staying here again without hesitation.

Very pleasantly surprised. Will be staying here again on my next visit. This Inn is a well kept secret.

needs improvement

Staff pretty much ingnored you when you entered the hotel. They don't clean the rooms everyday, they just make the beds. I moved my night stand to plug in my phone and there were old wrappers behind the night stand that were never cleaned from the previous guest. I left a glass of water on my night stand, got up went to my business meeting and when I returned that afternoon low and behold the cup was still on the night stand. Would not stay there again.

Great room for the money

I was pleasantly surprised by the nice room and good service at this hotel.

Plan on Breakfast somewhere else

Not a bad hotel, No elevator to second floor. They don't tell you that!! Continental Breakfast was a joke. Unripe fruit, little or no yogurts or bread for toast. Ran from 6am till 10am. Got down on a Sunday at 06:30 and there was no selection of anything and that was all they were putting out!! Like I said, not a bad place to stay if you don't mind carrying your bags to the second floor and going out for a real breakfast.

Great hotel

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has nice amenities such as pool, work out room, free internet and a decent breakfast. I would definitely stay here again. The rooms are also spacious.

Needs Improvement

Public areas and rooms looked a bit tired, and in need of some updating. However, due to a family event that was taking place at a restaurant next door, location was perfect for our purposes. With some updating and refreshing of the rooms and common areas, it would be nicer.
