Smelled Musty

The room smelled musty and my wife has mold allergies. She began to have issues within 10 minutes of arrival. We left hotel and they refunded our money through Hotels.com.

Nice room for the money

This hotel is nothing special but the room was clean and comfortable and the price was right. There is a nice bar and grill just across the parking lot attached to the Best Western Hotel (about the same quality)but $20.00 a night more. Right across the road from SUNY Albany Campus but not to near their housing. Free cont. breakfast was very limited but the coffee was hot. I stay often as I have a son on the UAblany Hockey Team and recommend it if your just looking for a place to rest your head.

Good Value

Though the bathroom was a bit smaller than I would have liked, and the walls and floors didn't stop as much sound from other rooms and outside than I would have liked, this is still a good value. I would stay here again.

Great room

This is our second stay at the Days Inn SUNY - the rooms are clean, the beds super comfortable. For as much time as you spend in the room - it's perfect for what you need. The staff is nice and accommodating and it couldn't be any nicer or easier.

Fine for the price

Highlight was cooperative staff, always ready to answer questions. They even printed out directions for me. There were plenty of places to eat in the area. Room was simple but matched the price. Simple breakfast was adequate. Had internet access. Only real complaint was housekeeping knocked on door at 8:20 a.m. despite Do Not Disturb sign. This happens all too often in hotels and I don't understand why this happens with a checkout time of 11:00. Besides, I was staying 2 days.

Perfect Price, Perfect Location

I was looking for a comfortable place close to I-87, and this was a perfect match. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was very clean, and the price was just right for a one-night stopover. Despite being next to a campus, the hotel was very quiet.
