Trip Type: With Friends Review 1 of 185Good but small rooom for the money
The hotel was in one of the best locations in Toronto, right in between yonge street and carlton street, both live houses of the city. The hotel room it self was very small and the toilet had an annoying sound to it. It was very manageable though for the price. I plan on staying at this hotel again. Only for its location though. The room itself was very outdated and the "complimentary internet service" only works in a room on the 2nd floor where you have to bring your own laptop and set it up. The wireless in the room does not connect at all and if it does its only for two minutes. Also, parking is 22 $ per day per car so it is pretty pricey. We parked ont he street the first night and got a ticket. The hotel is in a great location though, right near many clubs, restaurants and shops.

Trip Type: Business Review 4 of 185Clean but Cramped
The rooms here are tiny. We had a lot of luggage as we were there for a week and virtually no one to stash it. When you unload your car (we had to do it at the back entrance) the door to the hotel was already locked. It was recommended we empty out and put it in a lot as theirs was full. Then we were locked out as we hadn't checked in. (?) We were on Floor 22 and the heat system was above 23 so it was always very hot in our room. Even opening the window didn't help. We requested a change and they put us on 19 which was still hot so we immediately moved down to 12 which was fine. They always were quick to respond if you had a request. You mush be fairly close to lobby to use the internet.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 5 of 185Needs Improvement
Hotel is in great location, close to all. Down fall is the stiff parking of $22/day. Small rooms & bath room. Toilet bowl not keeps running water after flushing. The closet doors seems new but the tv very old. Hotel staffs are nice. Overall, rooms need an upgrade.

Trip Type: Business Review 7 of 185not a luxury hotel
But, they don't claim to be. Room was small, but I don't spend much time in the room. Ditto bathroom. But it was clean and quite. Elevators are very busy 7 - 8 am and 5-6 pm.

Trip Type: Family Review 10 of 185Poorly Managed
I've stayed at this property several times because it is clean, in the right location, and cheap. Unfortunately, the hotel is now poorly managed and that will likely motivate me to stay elsewhere during my next trip. I was booked for 2 nights but was checked in for 1 night. I asked for 4 keys and got 2. My key never seemed to work and I was told not to keep it next to my credit cards as if that was causing a problem. I had a room for 2 adults and 2 children but had to ask for additional towels/wash cloths both days. The hair dryer quit working. There were no bed comforters. The knob to the closet had worn off. The hallway walls needed recovered badly. This property has gotten pretty shabby and the service has degraded.

Trip Type: Family Review 12 of 185Great Stay in Toronto
We truly enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn. We were on the 20th floor and had a great look at the downtown at night. We never waited long for an elevator, and enjoyed a very clean and comfortable room each night. It's location, next to the subway, between the shopping district and gay district, was excellent for us. We enjoyed the amenities of the pool and wi-fi provided, and highly recommend this hotel.

Trip Type: Rest and Recreation Review 13 of 185Great hotel at the center of Toronto
The hotel was very good. located at the center of Toronto, very close a metro station. for it's location and the price, I thought there must be a catch, but there is no. the hotel is in good shape, clean, the room is fine. close to downtown Toronto. the only exception was that the internet connection was really slow. but for the price and location, this is a great hotel.

Everything was fine but there was only one big problem which was the size of the room was too small.
