Outstanding

Thank You Dana Hotel, finally someone that remembers how to treat a customer. This was an outstanding trip. We arrived at the Dana we were met by the Valet staff, they took care of our car, they opened the door for us, they addressed us as sir and mame, They were curtious and were always attentive to us. We were always greeted and asked if we needed help, or were enjoying our stay, How is the room. Just top notch service. They turned down our beds just a wonderful place. The corner room was just the best I had my 25th anniversary at the Dana and would do it again. Love you Dana keep up the Good Work.

Loved the personal touch

Very friendly and helpful valet/doormen. Turn down service was a pleasant surprise. Stayed in a corner room...loved the floor to ceiling windows and view. New, clean, hip hotel.

Great Hotel!

This hotel was very trendy and hip! Not only was everything of "quality", they always had great music playing in the lobby! I have told all my friends they need to stay at The Dana when they go to Chicago

A nice hotel for the money. Great location in fun river north location. We will be back.

Hotel Was Absolutely Incredible

This is by far my favorite hotel that my girlfriend and I have steyed at. The staff was great and extremely friendly from the bell hops to the cleaning crew. This was the perfect hotel for the couple that is into modern design and attention to detail. Dana had it all and then some. Chicago was great and it was the best feeling to know you had such a great room to come back to after a long day of exploring. Location is perfect and in a safe place. Staff remembered our names after the first day and was sure to congradulate us on our Anniversary the day of without warning. They really seemed to care for each resident. When we return to Chicago, it's good to know we already have our hotel to stay at picked out. I'd like to give a special thanks the the staff and Dana for making this trip one of the best trips my girlfriend and I have been on.

Outstanding hotel

Perfect location. Beautiful room and ammenities. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the hotel of choice when we visit Chicago.

Loved it

My wife and I spent the evening last night as guests of the hotel in a corner king room. I chose the hotel based on the reviews that I read here of previous guests. There were a number of rave reviews and I am pleased to say that for the most part the hotel lived up to those recommendations. The Vertigo bar service was a little lacking last night as it seemed to be understaffed. But all in all a fabulous experience from the attitude of the staff, to the amenities and décor, our stay at Dana was a very pleasurable experience. The hotel is not for everyone because of its modern design,but we loved it.

Small but nice

The rooms were very small, but they were clean and modern. We brought a baby and hotel is not very condusive to babies. We got a great deal on hotels.com. Otherwise I would have chose a different hotel. The bar upstairs is fun and has great views of the city.

Great Hotel

Beautiful, comfortable rooms. Dining and bar options were excellant and a lot of fun. The fitness center was well equipment with top end machines and free weight dumbbells. I'm looking forward to taking my wife the next time we go to Chicago.

Dana hotel was exceptional!

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a "Cozy King" catagory of room. It may have been a bit smaller than a normal hotel room but they made up for it in cleanliness and out of this world customer service. We are eazy travelers and dont need a bunch of wasted space so this room catagory fit us perfectly. It was reasonably priced for our budget but we were treated as if we spent hundreds more for the room. Our view was AMAZING - we had an awesome view of the city right from our bed. Can't say enough great things about this hotel!

AWESOME Hotel

Dana Hotel far exceeded our expectations! The style of the room was very sexy, the breakfast at the restaurant was excellent, and the top floor was stunning! We loved it!

Great value

Loved the location, the staff and the room. Great restaurant on premises and the spa is excellent! Would be reluctant to stay anywhere else next time we were in Chicago.
