Outstanding Place

the hotel was very inviting, clean, all employees were very helpful even as far as the driver who took us to the Airport. We did stay 2 days one before going and another coming from our vacation.

Needs a large dose of air freshener

The first room we were assigned (non-smoking) reeked of some type of smoke smell that both my husband and I got headaches (we're allergic) after an hour of being in the room. When we requested a transfer the staff moved us to another floor, however that room reeked of moldy towel smell - seemed to be worse in the bathroom. The location was convenient for the airport and dining but the room was NOT worth what we paid for the experience. Also we were upset to see that they charge for wireless service. For what we pd we felt that should be included.

This is a great hotel! The staff was very courteous and professional. Adequate parking for all guests. Very clean and modern looking lobby and restaurant/bar area. The room followed suit. Very clean and modern room. (The only thing "old" in the room was the TV, but still worked just fine). We had a room with a balcony. The only thing I may request the hotel to change in the future is for them to wash the windows of the glass wall separating the outdoor pool from the restaurant area. There would have been a beautiful view from my balcony had the windows been clean enough to see out of. Other than that, we had an EXCELLENT stay.

Great Room for the Price

We needed a room so we could be close to the airport for an early morning flight. We had our two teenage daughters with us. We were satisfied with the room, the cleanliness of the room, etc. I would stay there again and would recommend it to others.

Overall the hotel deserves its stars, the rooms are very clean and its proximity to the airport even better relatively less than a couple of miles the only down fall is that it is located near too many toll way I had to pay a toll to got some bagel down the street other than that I will definitely recommend

great for money

I only stayed one night but my kids and I enjoyed it quite a bit. The rooms were nice, staff was nice and the kids loved the pool, hot tub and glass elevators. The shuttle was on time and very convenient!

Nice, clean, comfortable

Quick, easy checkin. Clean room, which was really nice after the long day we had. Wish they would have a continental breakfast. You can order room service for breakfast, but I think those are overpriced at every hotel so I never do. Very close to the airport, several restaurants in the area.

Great airport hotel

This was a very nice, clean hotel. The location is not the best if you are going to Disney or other attractions, as it is not real close. The hotel staff was very nice, helpful and the overall condition was very clean.

Unexpected Paradise Found

Though a condo timeshare we had the pleasure of staying in a 2 BR 2 FULL BATH FULLY equipped condo. Pools, activities, 2 mins from Disney absolutely peaceful and relaxing. Hate I missed the in room massage. The only disappointment were the restaurants no sit down on site. No worries many within a 5 min drive. Shuttles to Disney world are routine and the staff caters to you. Sure they ask about a timeshare but anyone with a need for comfort would take a couple hours to collect $100 bucks and some info. Dont need to buy a thing. Like the Terminator I WILL BE BACK!!!!!!
