Trip Type: Not Provided Review 17 of 87Good hotel, clean rooms
My husband and I enjoyed our stay very much. Maids were friendly but not intrusive. Rooms and lobby was clean and inviting. If I was pressed to complain about anything it would be the parking situation. When you pay for a room it should come with a place to park at no additional cost. Other than that I loved my times there.

The hallways were smelly and had dirty carpeting. Not what I would expect for the price.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 20 of 87Won't go back
When we got to the hotel there was nowhere to park while checking in. They have a small turn-in that was full at the time. No trolley to load all of our bags into. We found out there that parking costs $5 a night in the adjacent lot (not that big of a deal, but was unaware of that at time of booking). There is not a lot of food around the hotel for a decent meal though there is a Starbucks in the lobby (a life saver). We ordered room service one day and waited an hour before calling down and finding out that they had gone to the wrong room. They said they would send the same meal up to us (hour old eggs, no thanks!) with no apology or attempt to make the situation better. Our room was situated across from the convention center. One morning we were awakened by a loud jazz band playing for a road race registration. The next night there was a band playing until 10:30 pm. The toilet did not work and the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The rooms are very nice and beds are comfortable and the cleaning staff are so nice, always smiling and saying hello. However, the people at the front desk were not helpful or even polite! I witnessed a woman with her children locked out of her room on the phone with the front desk. She told me that they refused to come up to help her in to her room, they insisted that she come down (with all of her bags and 2 kids) to get the key card reprogrammed!!! We were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall & she had too much to carry to lug down and back! SO! I will never go back to this hotel. I was so frustrated with this hotel & very happy to leave it!!!!!!!

Trip Type: Family Review 21 of 87Check In Beware
BEWARE of the stringent check in time. The hotel staff will not let you check in before 4:00pm. My family and I arrived early and tried to check in at 12:00 pm and were told no, and we were told to try back later at 3:00pm. We had booked two rooms. I asked if they had just one room available for my elderly parents who are in their eighties and my two old niece so they could rest. I was told no, and to check around three. At 3:00 pm, I checked again, and was told no. The hotel does have rooms available before 12:00pm, as I observed the following day by people checking out and rooms being cleaned. SO BEWARE!!!!!

Trip Type: Overnight Stay Review 22 of 87Best Hotel Stay, EVER!!!
This is my first on-line review posted, but this hotel definitely warranted it. We acually thought we booked the Canadian side Crowne Plaza but this "mistake" takes care of any future trips to Niagara Falls area. We will only stay here in the future. The hotel was very clean, the staff (front desk to housekeeping) was very friendly. The beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept on. The pool was open long hours (9am - 11pm), so it gave us time in the morning to use before checking out. It was a very family friendly pool too. The bathrooms were clean and upscale. The parking was very reasonable. We also ate twice in the restaurant at the hotel. The food and service were great. We even bought a nice photo of The Falls in the gift shop. We only stayed one night but are looking forward to our next trip there soon. Five star hotel.

The bed was confortable, but the carpets ( room and hall) were very dirty. The couch had a big and disgusting stain on it.

Trip Type: Family Review 25 of 87Good stay
The hotel stay was very nice, overall satisfied. However, we were missing towels from one room and bath toiletries from the other. They brought them over no problem. Also, the pool was very nice but I think they should change the water more often.

Trip Type: Family Review 26 of 87Comfortable but not warm
I was looking for a room for 5 people and a room with 2 queen bed with an option to include an extra bed was provided. But when we got to the room there was no space for the 5th person. The room is a bit tight even for four people, there was very limited space to move around. They were essentially trying to fit 5 people in a room initially built for two. The bathroom was lovely without a tub only a shower, which seems like a much cleaner option considering the high traffic to this hotel.

Trip Type: Not Provided Review 29 of 87it was good
The Hotel was very clean, the people were nice and it was in walking distance to everything you needed and wanted. The only bad thing was that there was only indian food everywere and i mean everywhere thank god it was in walking distance to the casino so you could find something to eat. The hotel eating was good too! The Hotel was quite even with a bunch of families around overall it was a good time!

Trip Type: Family Review 30 of 87Needs a little improvement with housekeeping
I went with family and we have rent two rooms. One room with one bed and the other with two beds. The room that has two beds doesn't have clean towels. Towels were a little smelly, but we didn't ask to change them since we bring our own towels. Location is good, the receptionist staffs are very nice.
