Never Again

Was a noisy weekend with youngsters running up and down the halls most of the first night. While I can understand non-smoking issues (to a point), no consideration was made for the smokers forced to stay there, i.e. benches outside or a specific place out of the weather for smoking guests. I checked for other hotels with smoking rooms but they were booked up. With the new management, the motel has gone downhill and even though the location is very good for me, I will seek other accommadations next time.

noise control

When we walked into the hotel, there was overwhelming lobby noise from unsupervised youth groups. With the high ceilings in the lobby, the noise reverberated, and it was annoying. The kids stood on the balconies yelling, and no one from the hotel staff or more importantly, their youth group sponsors, made efforts to subdue the noise level for the other hotel guests.

Unexpectedly Impressed

I found this hotel to be very good, worth the rate!! Close to where I needed to be; close to shopping & dinning! Quiet, room was great, bed very comfy. Bathroom... very tiny but clean. Only down side was that room service ended @ 10pm and we arrived late, however, local businesses delivered without extra charge. I would stay here again.

Good value

We were very happy with the quality of the hotel for the price. The room was nice and the air bed was perfect for my bad back. We had great water pressure in the shower. Everyone was very nice and it was quiet. The only thing we didn't like so well was the buffet breakfast. We will certainly stay here whenever we are in KC, KS. My husband and I recommend it to everyone we talk to that is going to KC.

A nice room

They were remodeling so it was dusty but the rooms were clean. The bathrooms were very small but nice. We stayed in a remodeled room but originally was put in an older room and it was run down so we were moved. Employees were very friendly..

In construction but nice improvements coming

building was under construction, but the rooms were already renovated and nice.

Good Service

We were told by hotel.com that there would be water bottles in the room, but there weren't. The bed is a Sleep Number bed, but it was very uncomfortable. Other than that, the hotel is very nice, newly redone, and the staff is very friendly. Also, they have an indoor pool and spa, which is great for relaxing. I would stay here again.
