Ok hotel

The carpet was worn through to nothing in several spots in my room. For what the Crown Plaza Costs they should replace the carpet. Also One of the treadmills was broken, and all of the fitness equipment was fairly old.

outstanding hotel

We were very impressed with our room and teh service we received. the room was spotless and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful with directions and getting us whatever we needed. thanks for the great price and we would definatly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Great room for the money!

This hotel experience was one of the best I have ever had. The front desk staff was extremely helpful and attentive to us. The room was very nice and clean and the beds extremely comfortable! I can't wait to take my family for another visit.

Quality Hotel

I set up this hotel stay for my fiance's birthday because she said that she always wanted to stay there. the hotel is very modern inside the rooms, and all around a nice experience. the only drawback for me was being able to hear the cars on the freeway, it kept me up the majority of the night. very nice though

Awesome employees...

I recently stayed in the Houston area and this hotel has some of the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with. Everyone was willing to go the extr distance and make sure my family and I had a comfortable time. Two thumbs up on the people who work there.

Great room for the money

The hotel room was just like the pictures, everything was nice and clean. The bed and the pillows were very comfortalble. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a family. I like the two seperate rooms and having a TV in each room was nice too.

GREAT AND CONVENIENT PLACE TO STAY

The hotel was clean and had a nice lobby. The room was very comfortable. The only minor issue was the carpet being somewhat worn by the bed but the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I liked the open courtyard balcony views from every floor as well as the glass elevators which made me feel safe. The hotel is easy to locate right off the highway and close to both Reliant Stadium and downtown. The staff was very friendly and called twice to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. There was both a restaurant and a lounge inside the hotel which were both well set up and welcoming to the guests. There was an Olive Garden Restaurant and a steakhouse on each side of the hotel which made obtaining a meal very easy. The suite included a small fridge and a microwave for those who preferred bringing their own food. The hotel also had room service until 9PM each night. Te room was a great value for the money and I will most definately stay here the next time I travel to Houston.

Need Improvement

Airconditioning noisy, was not cooling very well. The ceiling in shower had a leak from upstairs. Other than that hotel was very nice. The area not great to be honest

The entrance to the hotel is beautiful and the staff was delightful.

Diana at the front counter is Awesome! The hotel is very nice and the rooms reminded me of suites.
