Overall Happy about the Stay

At times I had to contact the front desk over maintenence problems but they were very helpful and fixed the problems promply and the staff were very nice and helpful.

needs improvement in customer service

I will not stay in this hotel. kitchen not fully equipped, they charge a fee to request for a bowl in which supposed to be a part of complete dinner set (for 4). I booked primier and family suites for 3 days. They don't empty trash cans on a daily basis. I hated when they looked for 1 of their comforter from us that was missing, only to found out one of their HRM intern removed it from our room to laundry. My family had a very bad experience!

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT

-Hotel personnel is very courteous, honest, very helpful and reacts very well to your needs. -Airconditiong is very efficient all day and night. -Family suite has two large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. -Free breakfast buffet is very good -Only one bath/shower room for two large bedrooms. -Showers are very hard to operate and does not drain fast enough. -Toilet seats and flush are not maintained properly. -Water in the kitchen faucet changes from clear to brown while in use.

The hotel is SUCK , Staff is not helpful at all

This hotel should be no rating at all toilet is dirty, bed is small for 2 person ,staff is not helpful everytime u call ask for something no one comes just lie they hear you but dont do anything at all , I am so ashamed of my visitors , I thought this place is nice as I can see their flyers and pictures but no its not very sucks I tell you there is a lot nicer hotel in davao city but not this hotel. I tell you I book 2 rooms for 2 nights we only spend for 1 nights eventhough we do not refunded the money for the next night I dont care anymore because I feel bad and upset how they treated us just like we are not custumer at all

outstanding Hotel

The staff was always plesant & helpful. The free buffet in the mourning was fresh & tasty! My wife & I will be Back, next year!
