Trip Type: Business Review 1 of 27good room for the money, specially if you stay a few days
The room was ok, small and a little bit smelly, but ok. The area where it is located is fine, with restaurants and a supermarket by it. I only stayed for one night, but if you stay for a week the price is half of what it is if you stay one night, super cheap. There is internet available that is super cheap, but I don't know if it is fast or not. It is an “extended stays hotel” so there are dishes in the room and other stuff to cook.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 2 of 27Nice office staff
We had to call the office twice because there were dogs next door that barked constantly even though the people were in the room with them. The office did visit the room twice and finally the noise ceased. The rooms are very small and the tv only gets about 6 channels.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 3 of 27can't beat the price
convenient, clean, not the most comfortable pillows. I checked in after dark and was a little concerned about the location traveling alone, but I had no problems. There was a cute little kitchen with coffee, a clean bathroom, plenty of room and quiet considering the location.

Trip Type: Business Review 8 of 27Aweful experience!
I arrived late evening to a security guard who assured me he did NOT have my reservation and would NOT accept my printed receipt from Hotels.com as proof. He did finally agree to give me a room if I paid the difference of Hotels.com charges and the current hotel rate. I finally agreed so that I could get some sleep before my morning conference, but there were no single rooms available only handicap and double rooms which he stated he would have to charge me full price for. After 45 minutes of being on hold with Hotels.com and going back and forth with this man, I finally agreed to pay whatever I needed to get some sleep. Unfortunately, this was a waste of my time because every sound was heard through the paper thin walls and it sounded like water pipes were inches above my head and every few minutes, water would flush through them. I held my breath as I turned on the shower in the morning (only 4 hours after I arrived at the hotel) thinking the only thing that would top off this night was a cold shower, but thankfully there was hot water (which is the most positive thing I can say))! I hope and pray I never have to stay in a facility as poorly run as this again. I cannot even say I got what I paid for as this hotel was not even close to worthy of the price I paid.

Trip Type: Family Review 9 of 27A place to lay your head
No frills hotel... we knew this going in. We just searched out a close hotel to drive to the Keneedy Space Center for the Shuttle launch. This hotel was 29 miles to Space Center and 15 miles to Universal. Worked for us, with a savings over closer places.

Trip Type: Business Review 10 of 27"Not so bad."
It seemed like the rooms must be a little older, there are some spots on the walls, and some wallpaper peeling back in the corners, but otherwise the stay was great.

The hotel was great for the money. They have done a good job with the remodel but they need to update Bed Spreads.

Trip Type: Special Event Review 12 of 27Not worth the money
If you want to get any sleep it's not worth the money. Stains on the carpet, small roach on the phone and spider crawling in the night on arm. Walls are too thin. Was awakened in the middle of the night by beeping noise which was microwave of room next door. Was also awakend by water pipes squealing from another room. TV did not have any local channels and could not watch semi finals of NCAA basketball game. Would not stay again. Very disappointed.
